We just finished day 5 of this challenge and we're enjoying it a lot so far. 🥰 I just thought, this idea with a little popup video in the corner with easy/harder version is a great idea and saves you a lot of explaining during the workout itself. ❤ I love those videos though and am grateful for your time making them.
Just did this stretching session after running and it feels so good ! I'm not as flexible as you but I keep working on it 😉 Thank you for this peaceful video, I love hearing the birds singing in background 😊 Wish you love and health ♡
@@MovingMangoPilates now m addicted to stretching.... in a good way.... even after extra long n tiring day i would some how get ten mins to stretch..... n do the wide lung n toe touching n neck movements etc... u can't believe my bursitis pain is gone..... so i don't want it back ever ..... thank u sweetie .... m truely grateful....
