      Yesssss I’m doing it correctly then, only curious thing is the cardio part. Running 20 minutes is enough like 25 minutes of walking or running counts as a workout ?

      @@Hiram_Fitness well depends what you count as a workout. Running obviously isn't exactly usefull for muscle hypertrophy. You should remember that when losing weight cardio is just an extra. The diet is the more important part. If you have a good deficit and do 20 min of running everyday you're good to go. Tho I'd recommend taking a 20% incline when possible literally doubles burned calories

    Fasted Peleton for fun effective cardio.
    I LITERALLY do 4+ hours of fasted cardio every week

    What is the name brand of waist trimmer you had on? None of the ones between $15.99-$19.99 look like the one you have on, the ones that look like the one you have on are around the $65-$69 mark.
