New Vidami Safari app for iPad let’s you use your original Vidami pedal on an iPad. You just need an adapter so you can plug in the USB cable from the Vidami , also use Safari not the UA-cam app. It works!!

Watching this trying to determine how to get the Vidami Blue back into default mode and the video skips right at that point - this is a cool device, but the documentation on how to use it is severely lacking. There is no documentation on how to get back to default mode after putting it into page turner mode- very frustrating- as well as no documentation on how to make it work with ultimate guitar except you need to get into mode 13 good luck figuring out how to do that. I’ve emailed support…..waiting for a response

@@MikeO-dr7hn Yes! To return the Vidami Blue to Default Mode (Video) Hold down the SPEED and FORWARD buttons and quickly Tap the BACK button so the Bluetooth light blinks. (If you hold the BACK button down too long the Blue light may not blink to switch modes so Tap quickly). Here's something else that's way cool. If you open a BLANK word document or similar apple doc and leave your cursor on the page, then Hold SPEED and FORWARD and Tap PLAY/PAUSE, text will appear that says what mode you're in.

To reset the Vidami Blue to the Default Video Control Mode, do the following:
Hold down the Speed and Forward switches while you Tap the Back switch.

Hmmm, the Vidami browser extension makes no distinction between one UA-cam or another, so, if your Vidami Blue works on channel, it wil work on all others:)

Not as advertised…caveat emptor…you have to do all this goofy crap to get it to work…you have to disable your keyboard on all devices which means you have no control once you connect to it. You can not use it with UA-cam…you have to watch video inside a browser (only Safari which sucks IMO) which means your screen has all the tabs and other crap on it. If won’t work with Apple TV and if you connect it to a device and stream that device to another device so you can watch videos on a large screen you still get all the goofy browser window crap. It works, just not as clean and simple as they claim. I’m just saying…know what you’re buying and what this video nor the maker does not disclose.

The assertion that you have to disable your keyboard on all of your devices is false. The only issue with accessing the keyboard is with the iPhone, which is not specific to our device: if you try and connect any bluetooth controller device to an iPhone, you will lose access to the onscreen keyboard. This is not an issue with iPads, Laptops, Chromebooks, or desktop computers. The temporary solution as we try and develop a way around this Apple software limitation is to simply slide the power switch off when you search for a new video. Also, it absolutely works with UA-cam, within the Safari browser on iOS, and with both Chrome or Safari on desktop/laptops. As for use with Apple TV, we make no claim of compatibility, but you can of course mirror your iPhone/iPad to a smart tv if the tv has that capability.
