Hi Jennilee. With regards to your walls, try to keep them as neutral and add the wall paper as an accent. Also, keep the same wallpaper in the same rooms or adjoining rooms for continuity. Use the wallpaper as an accent, and a coordinating paint color. A smaller space can feel overwhelmed by too much wallpaper. It your daughter's room, go for it! But I'd wallpaper the main wall, and paint a complimentary color on the walls. That way there is not too much pattern overload! I wish you the best! Keep everything in the same color family in your larger spaces for a cohesive look. You will enjoy it more over time. Happy decorating! Enjoy!

The lemon one looks nice in the kitchen, could have part wallpaper, part same colour even. The brighter one to the right seemed to be a bit more suited, I painted my kitchen grey once, and it took the shade of purple. We realised how much darker even darkening it that little bit more made the kitchen more gloomy. We changed it back to white on white. Such a difference. So much brighter.
Bright and happy stairwells can be just what a person needs to refresh their perspective 😆. I would tell my children, “Go back upstairs and pick a new attitude-bring that one back with you.”😉
Your husband and children’s opinions matter more than ours the audience as we don’t live there. I see no one else has the intestinal fortitude to speak out so i am. Im certain that they/you will make the best decision for you home. ❤❤❤❤❤
This is fantastic. I love the Roman shade tutorial as well. Unfortunately, my blinds all have the pull string. They are cheaply made and falling apart. I would love to be able to make Roman shades for my windows especially in my living/family room. Thank you again for such a delightful video. ❤
I love all of the wallpaper samples. How is one to pick? 😂 I am always drawn to lemons but I worry with how that would roll into fall and winter as a part of the wall. I think any soft green/sage shades would be beautiful in your kitchen. Love the blind project also! We used to have blinds like you did and pulled them all out. Regretting it a little now 😬 the colors and videography in this video is just beautiful.

OK so i'm going to go with the middle one for the kitchen, I love the half wallpaper/bead board idea, and I'm with you in the stairwell choices but if I have to choose I'd go with the dark/moody. Another lovely video. 💗💙

I agree! Wallpaper looks great when there is wainscoting on the bottom wall.

The wallpaper choices are beautiful! I think my favorite for all seasons would be the middle or the one on the right with just leaves.
