I'm sorry to be a troll, but this is just not a good painting. Either use more contrast to justify the color saturation or just stop using such saturated color for the limited contrast. Its fine if you want it to look washed out and misty but you cant have it both ways. There is too much color saturation for the tone and there is not enough black in the image to necessitate the rich hue of green and blue. So, either let those colors be more grey or add more black to the image to balance out the rich color choice. Either way, please stop telling people this is the way to paint.
