i feel like you're just like me haha, you get excited when something is dirty just so you have an excuse to clean it up and make it looks all nice and new. Thanks again, love your videos!
I'm not sure if you planned on using ARP extended wheel studs or something else but 96-97 Acura TL studs fit 8th gen accords. Dorman part # 610-360.1 this will get you 6mm longer studs. Worked great for my 10mm spacers. Some grinding will get them installed without removing the wheels bearings.
Happened to me when I got my 7,5x16 rims. They were hitting the brakes, but I grinded just a bit of the brake frame to make it go by without hitting. If there's still problems, I might go 3mm spacers too
You can still get a nice look with 255 40 18 so you will have more room and not have to roll or pull the front fender as much. If you can get the 265s to work then thats gold. Love the set up, looks better than 19s imho and it will ride better.
ran into this same issue on my RSX-- tested my gf's 17x8 and 9 RPF1 in SBC. 9s need AT LEAST 10-15mm for me to fit the Brembo, the 8 clears just fine but is sunkkkk lol.
35 off set is the same but the spokes are thicker in proportion to the bigger rim size. Also the wider rim is designed for rear wheels, for a staggered set. Rear wheels have smaller breaks, no problem, but you can't have them as front wheels. Time to get RWD car.
Perfect timing as i'm also looking for tires for my new wheels! Not sure if I should go with a 265/35/18 or a 265/40/18. What tire sizes are these that you are putting on? Just so that i can have a visual reference
do you guys think those 5 mm universal spacers (like minute 7:05) are safe? i have 20 mm spacers on back and i need 5 mm for front to sit exactly like the back wheels. so, are they good enough? or should i go for something more expensive. i can buy those with 10 $ both of them.
I personally wouldn't use them. I only had them because I was just testing what size spacer I needed. You ideally want a set of hub centric spacers, so the wheel is properly set on the hub.
Depends on the car. Ideally, if you're just looking to make a set of wheel fit because of slight poke, a fender pull & roll should do the trick. But if you're looking to go wide body, they're great. My only thing is if you're going to go wide body, don't go wide body just to fit some 'stance' super wide wheels. I find the point of it is to get more traction, kinda like what I'm doing with the Mini :)
milanmastracci Hahaha i also have a 50cc one but i won't start. I tried every thing and it still doesn't work. I think i need a new ignition or a new sparkplug.
I had a similar problem last year. I got a new spark plug, rebuilt the carburetor, and she runs mint now ;) I even put 100 octane low lead in there for some extra power ahah
Bro I have a 2011 Accord Coupe. Do think its possible to use the 2009/10 grill? And I literally can not find anyone that can wrap the reflectors of my headlights lol
Hey man! Unfortunately because the front bumper is different for the 2011-2012, the 2008-2010 grills won't work with them. You'd have to do a bumper swap.
milanmastracci for sure. Also, I literally put on brand new brakes about a month ago with new hardware and when I first apply my breaks when I'm pulling up to a stop sign I'm hearing a crank/popping noise. Any ideas to what it is? I took it to Honda and they said it was normal. I laughed cause that's BS my other Honda doesn't even do that.
That happen to me when they forgot to put the break grease on the piston pad surface. The pad would stick to the piston until there was pressure. The sound you hear is the pad moving (braking loose from the piston) on the piston.
Not quite 65, but the higher the offset, the more the wheel will be sucked into the wheel well. On the other hand though, where I ran into a problem is calliper clearance.
You had the wheel where you your old wheel where you wanted it. You new wheel is an inch wider. You should have added 12.5 to the wheel offset. half the added inch of the new wheel. and it would fit in the wheel well and not have to use the spacers.
I still don't know why people get such wide wheels for simple econamy cars lol I understand if you have alot of HP but people can go smaller width & little bit smaller tire width also & avoid weight
milanmastracci I really love the videos but can't stand the repetition, makes me feel like I'm treated like a todler or something, I will not ever bring this up again if you watch this video again and objectivly look for the many many repetitions..
When making the video, I don't see it, but I do see what you mean when I go through the editing stages. I honestly will try to keep the repetition to a minimal :)
Great video, I need help @millanmastracci. I have a corolla with tires 215 45 17, I dont know whats the maximum with I can go for 17 inch rims and what size for an 18 inch rims woth out using spacer thanks
Double stacks of "loose" spacers is the worst thing you can do. Especially without extended lugs. I have had three friends, all had the spacers crack and wheels fallen off. Please get 10 mil bolt on spacers before you lose a wheel.
No disrespect man, but the just put the TSWs back. They made your car look so classy and it was an OEM+ look. Car is gonna drive like crap with spacers and you already have a track car.
I didn't mind the look of them, but I wanted some change. With the TSW's being 19's with low profile tires, I didn't like the harshness of the ride. So going to an 18" lightweight wheel with some meaty tires, the ride should be awesome. How does spacers affect the drivability of the car?
Spacers actually affect the suspension geometry of a car, sometimes to quite significant degrees depending on the exact design of the car. For instance, for a car with a rear multi-link/wishbone suspension, your effective wheel spring rate would be slightly reduced because of the decrease in motion ratio caused by the wheel being spaced further out, effectively lengthening the lever arm. Of course, the longer the suspension arms, the smaller the effect due to reduced change of lever arm length %. For the front suspension, the effects are much more complex. Of course, you still get the reduction in wheel spring stiffness like the rear suspension. Your steering geometry would also be altered, since the more spaced out wheel would increase positive scrub radius (or reduce negative scrub radius if OEM geometry was designed as such). The net effect, assuming the car had +ve scrub radius to start with, would be greater steering feel, at the cost of greater steering effort and greater tendency for single wheel bumps to create steering kickback. Conclusion? I would only use spacers if forced to do so to solve clearance issues or to deliberately increase scrub radius for a car that could benefit overall from such a steering geometry change. All that said, I am glad you went for a much more functional set of wheels that would actually improve overall performance, improving both handling and comfort. I am not a fan of ridiculously oversized rims with rubber band tires. Suspension requires compliance to generate grip, especially on the less than perfectly smooth terrain in real world conditions.
Love your channel! Bummer about the first fit - Did you measure the tire/wheel via an online tire/wheel calculator before purchasing the set? www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=225&aspect=50&diameter=18&wheelwidth=7.5&offset=45&width2=285&aspect2=35&wheel_size=19&wheel_width=10-0&offset2=41
My old TSW's I sold to a subscriber that has an Accord Coupe, and my old Enkei RPF1's I sold to a close buddy of mine :) You'll see them this summer in some videos lol
"Went for a meaty fit".. The kid inside me quickly, "That's what she said!!" lol..
i feel like you're just like me haha, you get excited when something is dirty just so you have an excuse to clean it up and make it looks all nice and new. Thanks again, love your videos!
Cheers buddy!! Detail whores ;)
Excellent choice on the tire shine and ceramic coating!!! I fell in love with the turtle wax tire shine the first time i used it!!!
Yeah its great stuff!! :)
I'm not sure if you planned on using ARP extended wheel studs or something else but 96-97 Acura TL studs fit 8th gen accords. Dorman part # 610-360.1 this will get you 6mm longer studs. Worked great for my 10mm spacers. Some grinding will get them installed without removing the wheels bearings.
rolling and pulling fenders, can't wait!

Can you do more detailing videos when the weather gets nicer?
You can count on it :)
ran into this same issue on my RSX-- tested my gf's 17x8 and 9 RPF1 in SBC. 9s need AT LEAST 10-15mm for me to fit the Brembo, the 8 clears just fine but is sunkkkk lol.
Hey Milan , what do you recommend for my 2008 Lexus is250 . Wheel wise ?
looks great
35 off set is the same but the spokes are thicker in proportion to the bigger rim size. Also the wider rim is designed for rear wheels, for a staggered set. Rear wheels have smaller breaks, no problem, but you can't have them as front wheels. Time to get RWD car.
Not sure if you plan on pulling and rolling the rear quarters as well but you should definitely roll that edge in or it will rip your tire up!
Oh 100% :) When I get the wheel studs and spacers, I will see how much adjusting I will have to do
bro the wheels r looking so dope!
Thanks man!!
Those wheels look huge on that. I got 18x9s on my chevelle with 275 40s and it looks like it should have come that way from the factory.
Perfect timing as i'm also looking for tires for my new wheels! Not sure if I should go with a 265/35/18 or a 265/40/18. What tire sizes are these that you are putting on? Just so that i can have a visual reference
Never mind, just saw the description! 265/35/18
You gotta widebody the accord now Milan xD
Keep up the great work my man!
LOL that'd be funny!!
Hey, love your videos! Where do you get the Meguiars in bulk jugs in Canada? I can't find them anywhere
Yeah I haven't been able to find anything reasonable in Canada. What I did find was outrageously expensive..
You think that Turtle Wax Jet Black stuff would work on Plasti Dip? Tired of my rims looking like shit after it rains lol.
yes fender pulling vid! i have a similar issue with my wheels
Love your videos . You are gifted.
Nice vid, I'm glad you took it well when they didn't fit as first, that was funny :-) ready for the next vid now, thanks for the upload.
Thanks bud!! I'll make it work lol
How many coats did you put on those wheels ??
I did 2 coats of the cquartz and then 2 coats of the Turtle Wax tire dressing :)
milanmastracci thanks !
looks sick man!!
Thanks buddy!!
Just with rolling fender and its going to be perfect!!!
We'll find out ;)
you need like a +30 and lower offset to clear your big brakes
do you guys think those 5 mm universal spacers (like minute 7:05) are safe? i have 20 mm spacers on back and i need 5 mm for front to sit exactly like the back wheels. so, are they good enough? or should i go for something more expensive. i can buy those with 10 $ both of them.
I personally wouldn't use them. I only had them because I was just testing what size spacer I needed. You ideally want a set of hub centric spacers, so the wheel is properly set on the hub.
Thanks !
wheels look great, how do you feel about flares? against them?
Depends on the car. Ideally, if you're just looking to make a set of wheel fit because of slight poke, a fender pull & roll should do the trick. But if you're looking to go wide body, they're great. My only thing is if you're going to go wide body, don't go wide body just to fit some 'stance' super wide wheels. gotcha. function > form
Bingo :) That's my opinion on it. I don't find the logic in spending lots of money, to make your car handle worse than stock.
Yo that looks mad!
hi Milan great videos ! will you do a heater matrix fix on the golf? Its a very common issue on these cars. Thanks !!
Until I have that problem with the golf, I won't touch it. If it ain't broke, don't touch it ;)
Agreed! Thanks for the content Milan and keep it up :)
Cheers buddy!! :)
why brembos and slicks? are you planning on adding some power to it?
"that moment when you breathing so deep because something ain't right" 🤗🤗🤗
LOL
Where is tire rack? Can I go to the store and buy it there?
Its an online website where they sell tires, wheels, and lots of extra stuff. Google it :)
accord love.
hope the fittments ends up working for you
Is it safe to run both of those 5mm spacers on top of each other?
when is going the video for the widebody for the mini?
As soon as I get the wide body kit.. Trust me, if it was up to me, they'd be on the car already!! :)
That mini-bike caught my eye. Can you make a video about it
LOL I love that thing!! I use it every week to take the garbage out to the street ahah
milanmastracci Hahaha i also have a 50cc one but i won't start. I tried every thing and it still doesn't work. I think i need a new ignition or a new sparkplug.
I had a similar problem last year. I got a new spark plug, rebuilt the carburetor, and she runs mint now ;) I even put 100 octane low lead in there for some extra power ahah
milanmastracci Hahaha i can't wait for summerbrake so i can work on it again. I'm very busy with school now.
What should I use to clean mat black str rims, I don't want or ruin them
awesome vid bro quick question any suggestions for battery jumper packs for quick car jumps?
Love your videos bro!!
Thanks buddy!! :)
milanmastracci pretty cool how you take your time to reply to your viewers. Not alot of people do that.
Bro I have a 2011 Accord Coupe. Do think its possible to use the 2009/10 grill? And I literally can not find anyone that can wrap the reflectors of my headlights lol

Christopher Pirri for sure. It's been driving me crazy bro. It's a nasty sound. Thanks man!
Hey Milan, how would a 255/35 look on a 18x9 +20 ?? Thanks and keep up the great content. 🔥🔥🔥
Does it mean that you need ET65 wheel to have enough clearance and at the same time push the wheel inside?
Not quite 65, but the higher the offset, the more the wheel will be sucked into the wheel well. On the other hand though, where I ran into a problem is calliper clearance.
You had the wheel where you your old wheel where you wanted it. You new wheel is an inch wider. You should have added 12.5 to the wheel offset. half the added inch of the new wheel. and it would fit in the wheel well and not have to use the spacers.
O.C.D you said, but the right one is facing the wrong direction xD
The right what? Both wheels are on the proper side, and both tires are pointed in the correct direction.. I'm not sure what you're referring to
Does the offset matter when getting new rims? I just wanna get the same size as oem will I still be able to use the old tires?
The offset makes every difference on how the wheel will look and fit, along with the face design.
Check out willtheyfit.com it helped me a lot!
How much offset can be varied so that we stay close to the OEM setup?
can you post a link on where you got the tires for that cheap? im also in ontario
Would this set up fit the oem break calipers?
You don't know poke until you see my cobalt!!!
hey man, can you help me . i got a 14 size wheel and i want to change to 17 inch . whats you think ?
Great video bro
Thanks buddy!!
Very nice, I got me some hankook 24535r20 for my accord.
That's awesome!! Im looking forward to see the grip difference
Im throwing 18x9 plus 30 on my mk4 Jetta this month 😁
That's exciting!!
The noise of the wheel smashing into the breaks.. needs a repaint now!
U think this size will be fine on a 8th gen civic si?
I doubt. I'd stick with 17s on a Civic, and do some measuring before buying aftermarket wheels.
Will a 19"9.5 40 offset fit all around the car
You remind me of Veritasium of the car world.
how many coats of tire dressing did you put on the brand new tires?
2, with about 10 minutes between each layer
What kinda of lug nuts are those?
I have these steel silver ones (amzn.to/2mydG8n), but you can also get different colour like these (amzn.to/2myheHC).
milanmastracci thank you, mate. I just got my wheels and tires for my honda accord, so i need some lug nuts.
Man, I think the black rims looked better, but to each their own.
Is your motor stock?
I want to see videos on the Mini!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you can get my school work done for me, I'd love to ;)
milanmastracci university is bullshit! Get on that UA-cam full time once it's grown to a comfortable amount! Why get in debt for so called education?
milan aka the money man
LOL
What do yall recommend on my 2006 g35 coupe
Hi need links to buy racing gloves..
that feel when your wheels don't fit lol
It was disappointing, but no big deal :)
painting the writings white gives it a sexier look
CJ not all the time, on highly modded looking cars yes.
Yeah I contemplated it!! I might do it for the mini's tires
Ngoc Lai it looks good on any car (modded or non modded).
Ngoc Lai but better on rally cars.
I still don't know why people get such wide wheels for simple econamy cars lol I understand if you have alot of HP but people can go smaller width & little bit smaller tire width also & avoid weight
for looks and cornering plus acceleration, at a cost of fuel economy.
Why is everyone claiming to have O.C.D ?
Yall should have been riding on the short bus in school.
🍀👀🍀
A I've never asked where is it that you came about learning all of this about cars?
If you see some one who sounds American but talks in millimetres is a Canadian.
Oh i just asked you about this wheels i think this one looks better
Yeah I like the flatter face, but because of it, it doesn't fit like the convex ones
What a surprise.. heard 3 times there is lube on them.. repeat mode engaged again my friend?
Relax 😘
milanmastracci I really love the videos but can't stand the repetition, makes me feel like I'm treated like a todler or something, I will not ever bring this up again if you watch this video again and objectivly look for the many many repetitions..

milanmastracci you're a bloody legend! Looking forward to watching the next video!
Great video, I need help @millanmastracci. I have a corolla with tires 215 45 17, I dont know whats the maximum with I can go for 17 inch rims and what size for an 18 inch rims woth out using spacer

Go with fender flares bud!
Those are real Brembo????!
those fake brembos are cringy
please take off the sticker
No more tires, but bmw ///M5 the mines because ;)
Stretch tires😈
Yuck lol
Might do the cleaning to mine too. 😁
DO IT ;)
FENDER FLARES
do over fenderds

I agree with you 100%. I just tested to see the size that I would need to clear the callipers

if you use a 10 in the front you would need at least 25 mil in the back to be flush.
haha I use the same tire shine. stuff's amazing. props to turtle wax
Yeah no kidding man!! Its great stuff :)
j.k the cars sick
Dude you have bad luck with wheels fitting.
now you need a wide body kit
yes yes yes ..fender flairs atlest !!
Rolling them is perfectly fine, but yea it would be dope.
they don't looks really good on the Honda. the old ones you had looked so much better. that's just my opinion on
Well I'm going to put up another video once they're on and properly mounted, and then let me know how they look :)
milanmastracci sounds good. I just prefer less spokes. that's all
Love your channel! Bummer about the first fit - Did you measure the tire/wheel via an online tire/wheel calculator before purchasing the set?

Lmfao I legit bought these wheels and tires from someone this year.
Who did you buy them from? :) Guy with a silver Evo?
sorry just saw this! Yessir, you know what they look like now :D
always test fit rims lol
I would have loved to, but I didn't have access to them..
Its called bead sealer
im surprised u didnt clean the car first since u mentioned ur OCD.. lol.. other than that the wheel looks awesome.
Welcome to the canadian winters lol wash your car 1 day, the next, your car won't look like you washed it at all.
That happens anywhere. I wash my car once a week. I like to have a clean car to. It always rains or snows after I wash my cars.
did you give your old wheels to subscriber????? now you said you friend got your old wheels???
My old TSW's I sold to a subscriber that has an Accord Coupe, and my old Enkei RPF1's I sold to a close buddy of mine :) You'll see them this summer in some videos lol
ohhh right by bad lol nice wheels bud:)))
Thanks buddy!! :)
I thought this was a car video. Where is the car?
Oh my lord that wheel set is sexy. so much thick, many wow
notification squad
super sticky tires but never goes to the track..
shared and liked ur video
