- GB News host Darren Grimes has blasted Meghan Markle for being a “D-list actress” who decided she was “too good for charity galas and public duties”.
Prince Harry is going home to the United Kingdom next week.
He will be attending the 10th Invictus Games.
“This is a D-list actress that decided she’s too good for charity galas and public duties now saying that she has some link to Nigeria in the same way that the President of the United States, Joe Biden, says he has a link to Ireland,” Mr Grimes told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“I would have a link to Ireland, as many people do, because the Irish ended up here, there and everywhere.
“But I don’t go bleat on about it every two seconds.”

Genealogical outcomes produce "labels" that define population with certain unique DNA patterns. Like a population of from Western Africa are genetically distinct from an East Asian population.
So whose to say whether a Nigerian is not a person from Benin, Cameroon or the Niger? The DNA markers of the population of those countries tend to be very similar to each other.
To put this very bluntly: You can tell a Thai from a Nigerian easily. But you cannot tell a Nigerian from a Cameroonian.

Someone please find Meghan Markle appeared on Rachel Ray show before she met Harry. That interview proved she is NOT Nigeria. She announced that her ancestors were from Malta - and that Hello magazine were paying for her to go visit there, with a photo shoot. At no time has Meghan ever announced she was 43% Nigerian and was going to visit Nigeria - the only time she announced this was when she had a Nigerian guest on her podcast. A genealogist did her ancestry and her great-great-great grandfather on her mother's side is named Jeremiah. His mother was white. The Raglands have been in the US since the 1800s. So unless a bunch of Nigerians came over and bred with her family members, there is hardly a chance that she is 43% Nigerian.
