Just a tip for every one, when broaching a hexagon, put a cone on the end of the hole drilled before broaching it will feed in better, another wonderful video looking forward to seeing more, 🇬🇧from Coventry UK.
Tre accessori fantastici per la loro utilità e semplicità costruttiva che non se ne può farne a meno di copiarli! Complimenti ancora per i splenditi video.👍👍Un saluto da Roma
Could you please share the part number of the triangular carbide inserts you were using in this video? Looks like they produce an excellent surface finish!
Def want to make and try out your bearing tools . Esp the lathe one . I asked a college tutor about that tool. He said he'd never seen one aswell. And he is 68 years old and worked in heavy industry machine shops . When I get my garage built and my machines set up again. Keep them videos coming. Your lathes in cracking condition . It's to wet and damp in blighty to keep my lathe looking that good . P
Turning a cylinder to square in a 3 jaw chuck seems like it would be a bad idea. With more mass off center toward the space between the jaws holding the side, wouldn’t that create a potential to sling that piece out? Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I would think if you were going to do this, a 4 jaw would be much safer, or just use the mill.
Sorry, no, I don't see the genius here. A poorly finished burnishing tool, a simple boring bar holder, and an (probably not very accurate because it's turned to size in a three-jaw chuck) ER collet burnishing tool with bearings half ruined by the welding heat. All done quite reasonably, mind you, but it definitely doesn't meet the standards that the title suggests. Why dit you use a parting blade to turn the burnishing holder to size? A lot of advertising though.
Ukázka přesné strojařiny. Zahlubování před závitem?! Na co.. drážky pro šroubovák flexou.. hmm přesnost sama když by si alespoň proříznul tu matku. Takle to dá někomu kdo to bude dělat po hubě jo a ubírání upichovákem..hmm to bude zdatnej dělník..
You are wonderful a man. Bravo!!!!

Just same to ask... wtf is a turner?
Надеюсь он маслом поливает, а не вдешкой как они любят)
