How we got 4 john wick movies shooting all types of weapons and not one actor was killed but somebody dies in a movie where theres limited weapons theres no excuse
Yea.... He's not proud of it chief. White europeans and anything they touch/colonize can't do anything positive for anyone including themselves. It's like rabid dogs foaming at the mouth. Brainless beasts.
I've worked on movie sets where guns were props. There were trained professionals managing the prop guns. The guns had caps, but once you fired it, it sounded like a real gun. We had to notify the local authorities when the weapons were in use. There were times when the cops were on set.
Treat EVERY firearm as though it is loaded and check if it is before handling it. If actors are properly trained to check the firearm for live rounds before every scene involving a firearm this kind of thing would NEVER happen. There is no mistaking a live round for a squib. Zero chance. Every actor involved in such scenes should be required to undergo a 2 week firearm training course. You would think that studio insurance policies would require such a thing, it's odd that it doesn't tbh. Insurance is nitpicky about such things. Baldwin should definitely face charges. The gun was in his hand, who loaded that live round is irrelevant. You are responsible for that round after it leaves that chamber. Regardless of all outside factors.
Now you know that logic obviously isn't a factor in this case. Alec Baldwin is a millionaire that brings in money into Santa Fe. I live in NM and Santa Fe is where the elite live out here. He ain't taking charges and if he does, I would be surprised.
I think the studio and whoever was in charge of this entire operation should be charged. From the studio and whoever was the expert in charge of the guns are culpable. How is even possible? Something weird happen here. Whoever gave them those bullets is truly culpable. This doesn’t even make any sense
If someone hands you a firearm and you don’t check its condition and ensure it’s clear even after you watch someone clear it. Anything that happens afterwards is your fault/responsibility. Period
@davruck1 Like I said you’re SUPPOSED to check every firearm that you pick up or is placed in your possession. EVEN after you watch someone else clear it. This is the only way to be safe. He broke 3 of the 4 mandatory, non negotiable firearms rules.
The fact that veterans don't get recruited for positions like this is mind-boggling to me. Must have to do with the fear of their mental state and the meds some of them take when they come home or something.
@bkyungplaya Its meant for the ones that do. No one called you nut jobs. Employers' perception of veterans is not the same as mine. Read my comment again.
Believe it or not, there is a certain degree of discrimination against hiring veterans. Technically, they (and as a veteran, I can say "we") may be "overqualified" for applied positions. A lot of hiring is really done on a "who you need to know" basis and not "what you know." That goes on a lot in New Mexico (where this incident happened) and the one chick that ate the charge was obviously the "stool pigeon."
My question has Always been "Was pointing the gun at the Director and pulling trigger in the script? or was it random?? Because I know he was angry with people on the set and people were quitting and gettin fired.. If he shot her out of frustration thats murder
Manslaughter at worst but even then I don’t think you could prove men’s rhea for that even. Like if two people are in a conflict and one of them takes a reasonable action out of frustration, but that reasonably action ends up fatal through the negligence of a third party. Isn’t it the 3rd parties fault?
Like if you and your wife are arguing about what to watch on TV and you get frustrated and turn the TV off…. Then you find out the electrician was too lazy properly set up grandmas life support system and so it was illegally wired up to TV remote and it shut off grandmas life support. Did you “murder” your mother in law?

I don’t think he would be found guilty because his lawyer can argue that he’s not a gun expert and can’t be relied on to distinguish between a real round and a dummy and the fact somebody else is in charge of that stuff
@@randomshit65 Bitch calm down... it makes zero sense for an actor to know if they have blanks or not.. Have you ever worked on a movie set??? Obviously not..
Yes you should double check the weapon. If you are handling the weapon you are responsible for what ever comes out of it. He broke one of the rules of firearms safety he pointed the gun at something he was not willing to destroy.
The armorer is the main one guilty because she failed to do her simple job, which was to shake every round, going into the prop gun, to tell the difference between live bullets and blanks. If she shook and heard a sound, it was a live round. If she heard no sound, it was a blank. She is the most negligent of all.
Baldwin is the lead producer but he collaborated with several other guys who were his executives. He is being charged because he's the lead producer who selected the director who was killed and everyone else. Executives are people to help him manage the film and financial stuff etc. They keep saying he is the executive but he's the lead producer. Since he's the leading producer, pulled the trigger, and is responsible for everybody that's why they can charge him.
Because the after effects for guns don't look real. Usually, blanks are used. But a blank can also kill a person depending on how close the explosion is to the person and where they shoot the person at. But there should have never been real ammo on the set...
He is getting charged because in the scenario it happened there was no reason to pull the trigger. Alec baldwin was the producer on set, and if there was information detailing that he chose the armouer because she was iffy and the cheapest to work, then he should be charged. A producer is a leadership position. A leader is supposed to be able to choose the right candidate for the job. If you can't, you should be fired, but if the person you hired was not capable from the get go to do his or her job and you hired them anyways and it ends up costing a life then you should be charged with some form of punishment
1:39 no..the actor shouldnt be chargged...He didnt buy the gun...He doesnt own the gun..Someone there on set is SOLEY responsible for that tool..Not the worker using the tool..That tool and its role and function was never intended to or purposed for, shooting live ammo AT ANY TIME..despite it being capable. Imagine working at home depot and u need to drive a forklift..and there is a forklift mechanic whos sole responsibility is to verify the forklift works and has brake safety..Lets suppose they know how to test and repair brakes and their responsible for daily checking and verification. Now imagine your a worker,,using that forklift every day. Your not a mechanic but you can drive the fork lift. And one day the brakes fail and u run over someone killing them. DO you think that worker should go to jail for not verifying the brakes and checking them when a mechanic is there daily to do so? No..The first thing you would say is,,I JUST DRIVE IT and USE..Im not the mechanic responsible for the brakes. Thats the same concept when your an actor and your given a tool and someone at work has a job.aka weapon armorer, to make sure those guns are stored safely and properly and make sure no ammo is anywhere near the area...Dont confuse gun ownership responsibility and safety with acting and a job..
They really need to investigate this to the fullest and when they think they figured out what happened, investigate again, because that shit is ridiculous. That's something that should've never happened. It's negligence from everyone on that set, but I think especially from the person in charge of handling the firearms. Like WTF! That's your job, it's literally your job to make sure no real bullets are in the weapons. But then again, how do we know that everything went according to plan, the person inspected all the guns and did his checks to make sure no real bullets were in the gun but someone switched it out without his knowledge. Not saying Alec Baldwin did it but anyone could've opened up the revolver (I think it was a revolver) and switched out one of the bullets for a real one. I hope they get to the bottom of this.
I’m going to roll with this brother anywhere in the world and take his advice on survival. However, Rust was a movie and an actor should not be in charge of checking ammo. How long are the credits at the end of every movie? Those people are in charge of everything else except acting

Well they lock rapper up for their lyrics so why not actors for their acting
Ever since he said a sniper bullet will knock a limb off even if it misses u i ainr been able to believe him
This dude killed people. He’s been in actual situations, unless you’ve done what he does, exit the conversation. Bye.
We not gon skip pass the fact that he said he killed in the civilian world
That's Not What He Said 😏🤦🏿♂️! That's What You Wanted To Hear Though. Typical Millineal/Gen Z Limited Focus And Comprehension, Selective Hearing, Drama Starters. In A Nutshell, Geriatric Teenagers 🤷🏿♂️.
That killed her on purpose and she wasn’t even a character. Supposedly this happened in preparation for a scene
Bruce lee and his son died that way. It’s not new somebody had that happen on purpose
