A bit unfair for thecalisthenics guy... Not all the exercices were typical from calisthenics but for crossfit, and the claisthenics its not about how fast u do the stuff but how accurate and clean. Kipping is kipping, muscle up is muscle up.

He used his free hand as a stabilizer on his quad; any good Judge would've told him to keep his non-working hand away from his body. Almost perfect man, but pay attention to the small details.

I believe this was more of an IQ competition than an endurance competition. What a horrible form crossfitters use. They do look dumb arching the back for everything.
Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt crossfit meant to train you against any kind of resistance? Squats, deadlifts and snachtes are more like olympian lifting

TheDodo7000 Considering the fact that he had done 10 MU, 20 HSPU and 30 20kg Snatches I must say that his form was still acceptable. After all the goal is to finish the whole routine asap, if the reps count then so be it.
TheDodo7000 he had to do them in that way, in pro competitions the hip must touch the ground, otherwise is counted as no rep! So by touching also with spread legs, you spend less energy and you get less tired

I haven’t experienced other gyms, but I feel like CrossFit (at least at the gym I go to) is actually an awesome workout. I can’t say it’s better than calisthenics, but srsly, why does everyone hate it? Would it hurt you to just be indifferent? I don’t hate anyone for supporting max and his amazing calisthenics, it’s awesome, I just can’t see why it’s necessary to hate CrossFit.
