So a resolution this year is limiting how often I log into my youtube - I've done a good job this week and I guess was rewarded with my one weekly log-in being six minutes after you upload! Magic in this 2020 air !! thank you!

Michelle Kim I love foragers but it’s like you have to eat it in like 6 days after opening (so the bottle says) but it’s the only cashew yogurt I like so far :-/
I love your videos, the meals look really nice but honestly, I dont think this covers you daily required amount of energy at all! I would be to incredibly hungry by dinner time and I am skinnier than you :/
that's a weird thing to say this is only a snapshot in one day of her life/meals and as well as that everyone's metabolisms and energy needs are different. no need to specify that you're skinnier than her lol
@@helenadurst5993 yeah i do actually. did you know if someone who's bmr is around 1500 calories and they eat 1000 one day and 2000 the next it will actually even out because our bodies are adaptable? you learn something new every day! :)
