My father was shot dead for protesting against financial corruption of a local samabay bank on 9th sept,2019.The main 3 accused persons who planned and hired the murderers are still not arrested.Only the murderers who shot my father are arrested but they admitted the murder but didn't took the main person's name as they were hired for doing the same for lakhs of money. Arrest warrant had been issued already for hidden 3 main culprits and they are appealing for bail through their lawyer being hidden constantly sir..now can they get bail if police is unable to find them?Can the pp do anything to get their bail appeal rejected before their arrest?? please help me with the answers sir...🙏
