This was amazing. A visit and conversation with a physician, FREE OF CHARGE! Full and complete information clearly presented. Focus on all the pieces of the puzzle - FOOD/ACTIVITY/STRESS and TREATMENT. Thank you both so much!
Good job hosting a guest, I find a lot of UA-camrs sometimes talk over their guests and want to insert their opinions but you kept the conversation going
Thank you for inviting this expert, Andreea! His knowledge is profound, strong and marketing-free. I was happy that we finally talked about different types of skin, ethnology and bones structure. It is essential to know your skin "roots" and consider this in the skin care.
What a wonderful guest! Honestly, during the years I tried so many different products I have seen on YT\tiktok or whatever and understood that you just need SPF, a gentle cleanser, and a Moisturizer that suits your skin. However, when it comes to anti aging \ reverse aging, No procedure\cream that I have tried in my life was as helpful as the high-quality derma pen I got for around 200$.
Yeah sure, during the years I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. I swear, Nothing made any real difference compared to microneedling. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 20's again, but definitely not 48 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin
Andreea, on top of all your amazing talents, you’re also such a wonderful host when you have guests on your channel! You create such a welcoming and engaging atmosphere-it’s a real joy to watch. Thank you for sharing these inspiring moments with us!
wow this video was fantastic! Harry Arampatzis has a new fan ! I especially appreciated his take on mineral sunscreens. Also I gasped when I saw his wife what a stunning natural beauty !
I don’t leave any comments often but I just wanted to say how good you look recently! You always did but you can clearly see you take good care of yourself! ❤️
A very informative class! And especially since Dr Harry addressed all phenotypes. As a dark skinned, middle-aged woman, I am more enlightened from this video than ever before. Thank you Andreea ❤
Thank you for dropping this now. You are a real professional. I hope you’re feeling better. With everything going so completely wrong in my country it is really nice to be able to watch this and forget about it for a while. I love your videos and I love the fact that you are genuinely you and that’s obvious every time you post
This video has such a HUGE value that will dare to say it’s the best video on your channel Andreea! And I’ve been here since 2019! So I mean it. Thank you so much for all your content, but especially for these two videos with Harry! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for sharing all this information! As a Hispanic woman, I'm interested in learning more about skin care routines that apply to people with my genetic background, that is, mostly indigenous American. Again, thank you for the content!
I ve always used mineral sunscreen, and I never understood the hype over the chemical ones: like some korean brands, or even some presented by Andreea. I am an environmental engineer and I do read the literature. I highly recommend two brands: Color Science and Revision Skincare, but absolutely there are good ones in pharmacies , french brands. We are constantly learning and I am grateful for this educational video.❤
Thank you Andreea for orchestrating this discussion about our different skin types in such depth. Dr. Harry is delightful and very knowledgeable with a great sense of detail with understanding and a fine down to earth approach. This was such a great informative video. Also, your comfortable exchange with Dr. Harry and his wife was so welcoming and kind. Beautiful people! 💖✨💫
I love this video. Its so refreshing, and i love how at the end of the day its all about complexion. You can use any make up trick in the world but one should always go back to the essence from within . Complexion complexion complexion!!
Thank you both a lot, very useful! As a further suggestion, could you perhaps make a whole video on treating different kinds of redness? Thanks for considering!
Thank you for this video dear Andreea! And I can't help saying how beautiful Anka is!! 😍 Stunning! As well as you of course, but I write it here under almost each video 😁
What a great vidéo! Very clear, very scientific! Thank you both! I really appreciate, as a doctor ( cardiologist not dermatologist 😉) this very high quality content!❤
Amazing video!!!! Andreea, thank you for sharing this video with us!!!!!! The beauty influencers should all learn from this! Beauty also means understanding how skin works and how we can ideally take care of it. I am so impressed with this video! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!❤
Thank you, Andrea for this informative and helpful episode ❤It would be interesting to also discuss the toxins and harmful ingredients often used in makeup and skincare products. 🙏❤️
Thank you so much to Andreea and Dr. Harry. A question: I didn’t really understand if LED masks at home are useful. Did someone get it better? Thank you again.
Genial. Me ha encantado este video. El doctor parece muy profesional y conoce todos los productos que se usan actualmente a la perfección. Muchas gracias. Ojalá le traigas a tu canal más veces
Thanks for sharing this valuable info with us. Everything said about Asian skin type is so true! Looking forward to seeing other videos like this in the future.
Thank you dr. Arampatzis for another great, very informative video and thank you Andreaa for giving us the opportunity to learn so many important scientific facts ❤
After listening about sunscreens, I checked all of the spf that I had at home and turns out they all have those bad chemicals and have red flags on Inci (also my favorite from Sephora Supergoop) 😮 On Inci only mineral suncreen with high rating is from Madara Cosmetics, the natural cosmetics company. I always avoided it as my skin is very sensitive when cosmetics are too many natural ingredients but now I am switching and never using things without checking on Inci 👀 Such useful and eye opening video that every woman and man should see. Thank you! 🙏🏻
Caucasian skin type is more varied though - it is not just the Northern European type; the further South you go the darker the eyes and hair get and the ability to tan increase. I am very pale, with brown hair and eyes, but I can also tan quite a bit in summer. Also oily with a bit of sensitivity. I wish there were some good alternatives to niacinamide mentioned - it is irritating to a lot of people, maybe because it is present in so many products that we get overexposed to it.
It took me a while to figure out but it really irritates my skin. And yes, I find his division of skin types quite simplistic and left out entire sections of the population, no? And what about all our wonderful fellow humans who come from a mixed background of ethnicities?
Thank you ! Great information . The only unclear thing was , the safety belt ( B3) to be used in the morning after the actives or in the night as well :))) Thank you
If it helps: I looked up "madecassoside cream" and found one called A'PIEU Madecassoside Moisture Gel Cream. It was $14 on Amazon. I haven't tried it yet--just ordered.
This video is chef kiss, a big thank you to you and this amazing Dr. 💛💛 I was doing my morning skin care routine while listening to you, I'm happy to know that my face mist Niod Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide is effective 🇨🇦💛 Nobody talks about this ingredient.
I think you need him on for a third time. The one thing I didn't hear him mention in part 1 or 2 was fragrances in skincare and makeup. I would like to hear his views on that.
I am almost 50, caucasian with brown hair, green eyes. I have redness, but also oily skin. I find my skin is becoming more oily the older I get. So confusing 😢
This thing with older people has dry skin is a misconception. Not ALL people have dry skin later in life. My mother (caucasian with green eyes and light skin tone) is 60+ and has very oily skin. And I know more people in the mature age with oily skin. I think sometimes this happens (skin becomes dryer) because a lot of women after a certain age start to use strong retinol products and/or very harsh skincare products, hormonal imbalance or they always had dry skin. So in my opinion mature skin can be dry, oily, balanced and everything between. I would say that wrinkles (especially on forehead and around the eyes) and sagging skin are the major changes after a certain age, no matter what skin type you have. Like I said above, my mother has oily skin and also wrinkles mostly around the eyes and on forehead. Genetics plays a huge role but a good skincare routine and some in office procedures for who can afford will help to keep a younger look for longer time.
Thank you for this video, super informative. Where would hispanic/Latin skyn will fall? We are not White, Asian of African...please advise if you can, Thanks!
Wow, this was REALLY interesting and clear, thank you Andreea. I would LOVE to hear more deep diving into caucasian variants and also deep dive into all anti-inflammatory routines (including food, life style...). I know knowledge doesn't always come for free so I am prepared to pay for a course if you decide to do it.
Dear Andrea. What a wonderful guest and video. However I'm missing Harry's take on what actually to use as skin care. What is his advise for a young person (e.g. under 25 years) an adult person (25-40) and even older ( 40-55) and mature ( 56 - 70 years old). Or have I missed the information completely. He talks about the different skin types - I'm caucasian very very fair - born in Denmark, 65 years old with combination skin, more normal to oily in the t-zone, and drier towards the ears. As far as I understood he doesn't recommend a moisture at all - that only makes it worse - that's what confused me, what can I use or what should I use? Can you ask him back to clarify all our understanding mistakes? I'm sure he can teach us a lot. Looking forward for your next video. Lots of love from Denmark and a confused mature woman❤❤❤
Harry was on the button for me. Caucasian 1-2 I lived in South Africa for 40 years. Back in UK and I can't use vitamin C or retinaldehydes.I have the red scaley skin on my arms and legs.
Does he suggest specific brands or products that he mentions that are correct? I cannot find him online anywhere. Does he have a web page or anything on social media? He is wonderful- and I would like to know more about him. Thanks to anyone for your help....
I have a question and I don't know if it has ever been discussed. What is your opinion of shaving the face? The Twinkle razors, ect. are available for such a routine.
I think this gentleman needs his own channel to discuss which products would work best for each skin type. Thanks.
This was amazing. A visit and conversation with a physician, FREE OF CHARGE! Full and complete information clearly presented. Focus on all the pieces of the puzzle - FOOD/ACTIVITY/STRESS and TREATMENT. Thank you both so much!
The fact that he is not a medical doctor but instead an expert in chemistry and pharmacology gives his advice more credibility! ❤

What an absolute treat for us thank you. As a side note proud to be Greek 🇬🇷 to see Greeks excel all over the world

How articulate and eloquent are the pair of them, clearly in a SECOND language ?! So impressive !!
And Andreea is this articulate in three languages! Amazing lady ❤
If you educate yourself well such thing is not impressive but rather normal. They are great but yet it is normal.
What a wonderful guest! Could you tell us which derma pen you used please ? and can you please explain how did it help and why? Thanks for the comment by the way!

We need to know anca’s skin care regimen!

Hi Andrea
Could you ask the doctor to list some of the name brands he would recommend for ageing skin. Thank you 😊
Yes, the info is great but now I feel overwhelmed at trying to find the perfect sunscreen etc.
Great idea , would love a video about that!

What is every single sunscreen or sunblock makes you break out and causes acne? I’ve tried 40 different ones. Thank you.
Fantastic video, very engaging and informative
Thank you, Andrea. This was amazing and very informative!
Thank you ! Great information .
The only unclear thing was , the safety belt ( B3) to be used in the morning after the actives or in the night as well :)))
Thank you
How refreshing to see a beauty creator go back to science rather than marketing.
Such a great interview! Very informative. I checked my sunscreen ingredients and it is good!
Can the Doctor please recommend a good Superoxide dismutase cream and a madecassoside cream?
If it helps: I looked up "madecassoside cream" and found one called A'PIEU Madecassoside Moisture Gel Cream. It was $14 on Amazon. I haven't tried it yet--just ordered.

I am dying to know Dr Harry's oppinion on the Medicube Age-R!!! Otherwise IMPRESSIVE video, I learnt so much!
What great video Thank U❤
thank you so much!
This is Zein Obagi’s principle. Terms like “make the skin lazy” when using moisturizer is something Zein Obagi has been teaching for the longest time.
