Heavy Fighting South of Bakhmut.

The general consensus amongst the pro russian propaganda groups is that the Ukrainian counter offensive has failed.
However this couldnt be further from the truth, as you would expect there have been losses, attacking is a dangerous thing. However, slow and steady is a real tactic and we have seen constant go forward from the Ukrainian Army, since they started offensive action. The fighting around Bakhmut is the perfect example, where small assault groups have made real progress, pushing the Russians back.
The 5th Assault Brigade and Aidar Battalion have been conducting frenzied the attacks in the direction of Klischiivka. Having captured almost 9 square kilometres of the tree line in front of the town. Its clear that their intention is to push through the town on the way to encircling Bakhmut fully.

Nice one! Thanks for sharing. It´s funny how orcs forget that the offensive to recover Kherson took 2 1/2 months. I´d also note how patient and stoic Ukrainian society has been while this "failure" has been unfolding.
