    Katie! I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you for your creativity and offering us this detailed instructions in multiple ways and all your dedication to patternmaking, testing and publishing with the small buisness support via your pattern! I Love them. Super beginner friendly and helped me gain a lot more confidence in my sewing. Most commercial pattern are not detailed enough for beginners and drafting from existing can be so confusing if you don’t know were to start. Your work is a blessing and I will definetly buy anything I think will look cute on me ^-^ ❤️

    I’m almost done with mine! I tried it on for fit and the elastic on the front scoop is turning up and showing the lining fabric. Any suggestions on how to keep it down? I’m scared if I topstitch I’ll mess it up lol but down to try it if you recommend. Thanks so much Katie!

    Katie. This tutorial was really detailed ! The rear lower scoop looks devine and would there be any other modifications which could be applied to this style ? V.

    Can you do these patterns without elastic? Like if you make it small/tight enough will it hug to your body fine or does it need elastic?

    Would you please drop your link for the elastic attachment that you have on your story machine I’m on able to find it anywhere

      Mine is from eBay so unfortunately I can't link it! I bought it from a certified Babylock dealer. You'll want to find one specific to your machine, mine might not work for everyone's machines! If you also have a Babylock then I'd recommend contacting a Babylock dealer, as they will be able to point you in the right direction!

    It looks like there is a 9:02 bit of extra fabric near the armpit area. Is there a way to fix that?

      The pattern comes with cup pieces that have darts, use the darted cups and that will fix gapping! The one in the video also wasn’t a final draft so it’s better in the current version. But darts will get the best result!

    Great work and demo, as always! Do you have the exact link or brand name of the elastic foot?

    • @EdgewaterAve
      @EdgewaterAve  2 роки тому

      Mine is Babylock brand so it works with my specific machine, and I got it on eBay so unfortunately I don't have a link! You'll want one compatible with your specific machine though, so a good place to start is searching your machine model + "elastic foot"
