I love everything about this. As an interior designer - I love seeing our local architects & designers do the most. It’s a bliss to behold
It's a very nice house, visually. There are a couple of things that would probably not meet building codes here in Australia. One would be the stairs with no handrail and the other is the pool has no fence. Mind you, he has designed the house in accordance with South African building codes, not Australian codes. He is obviously a very talented architect.
@@Ozvideo1959 I totally understand you. I saw the pool. Some pools are like that this side. I think in as much as there wasn't a handrail on the stairs, he did somewhat provide a support structure. So maybe that sort of compensates for the handrail.
@@Onalenna_Thobega Maybe, but you wouldn't want to try to negotiate those stairs after a few drinks. Lol.
