Honestly I found this channel not to long ago and now I am obsessed, I have been binging this channel and I always get so excited when a new video comes out! The aesthetic and videography is immaculate! Hope to see more amazing videos.
Me and my mate always look up to this house every single day we go up and down the range. I haven’t seen the front of it until now but I always knew this property is absolutely stunning since I first saw it and always be one of my inspiration.
Beautiful! You hire an architect to design a a piece of art that one is lucky enough to reside in and able to pass on to others who will appreciate it as much as you do. Love the curves.
*_Gravity Defying Architecture that Marries Natural Beauty of the Site with Stunning Architecture and Engineering..._* Cantilevers so crisp and thin spanning impossible distances add a WOW element unlike no other. Floor to Ceiling Glass Walls that bring the stunning views inside. Interior and Exterior Spaces that effortlessly flow between each other. Gravity is only a theory, everything can be explained with density and buoyancy… the whole house is massively dense and is affixed to the earth all of it including all of the cantilevered sections as one… oh and the earth is an immovable plane less earthquakes in a closed system not a spinning space rock in a soul lure system…peace
@@FLATSWISS Thanks for comment. I might have to reconsider my Architectural Training. I told the Professor in my Structures Classes that Gravity Sucked (sucked things downward) he wasn't amused.
@@SJR_Media_Group thanks for be civil, most would have responded with FY retard or something like that… I came across the subject in November 2014 and laughed like everybody else but instead of ignoring it I immediately began trying to debunk it… once you try and you stick with it you will be flat… See YT channels DITRH and Eric Dubay if I have peaked your interest… all the best in ‘23
@@FLATSWISS Thanks for comments. Satire goes along way. Not only does Gravity Suck, but Mean People on Social Media Suck. Why be mean when you can be good. I post a lot on different channels covering different topics. Sometimes people will take my joke wrong, then attack. I go out of my way to be a decent human being both on and off line. I will checkout the link - thanks
I have added The Local Project to my list of addictions.... The architecture design of the exterior and interior would make even Frank Lloyd Wright proud. Stunning!
My only complaint is that the video doesn’t linger on certain aspects long enough and that we seem to get limited views of the house. It’s stunning though. I hope they’re didn’t steal the neighbor’s view.
As a building designer and soon to be registered architect, I fail to find many works out there that catch my eye with this being an exception. I feel like the design solution could not have suited the site more. Really well done to Adsett architects and all involved.
don't you find author's words about softening and humanizing the interior rather empty? We may give him a benefit of a doubt and say that the time of filming and camera views did not give it a justice, but even using the imagination of an architect I fail to see it working here...
Nice and beautiful home that requires a ton of cleaning. The sharp exposed concrete edges without steel covering and the concrete outside flooring really look nice, but get dirty every time it rains.
Hallo TLP we are patiently waiting for this premier… Thanks for all your Uploads… Through this Channel I learned about Architecture and interior Design which inspires me to improve our Home 😊…
Saw this house a few weeks ago going up the Toowoomba range, and all we wondered was how they cut the grass. Was so excited when I realised this was the house we saw, still don’t know how they cut the grass. Also I’m an Adsett.
An excellent house - with the use of concrete and the feeling of space it reminds me very much of John Lautner houses like the Arango (a.k.a. "Marbrisa"), Elrod and Sheats-Goldstein residences.
I see videos everyday of my life about architecture, and in your intro, you catch my attention on all the items, for someone thats interested in architecture, starting with the glass door right through - wow, well done - lovely design, and excellent building site - worth a fortune - congrats
Thank you, I've been searching for videos of this house since the day you posted it on Instagram. This is truly my dream house. Hands down best channel in You Tube.
Really nice design, that curved drive way into the dwelling is really cool. The negative, the entry way wall made of concrete block units looks out of place, and the exterior lower black facade could have had more interesting window solutions, is like you design the top and got tired by the time you got to design the ground floor.
love this channel. the local project should consider removing the end cards in their channel settings or create an outro to display the end cards in a way that does not obscure the beautiful end footage.
Seems so simple yet beautiful...that combination of wood to "soften"..some ppl just have that vision thing going. That foundation & steel in the concrete must have cost quite a bit.
After seeing a couple of these houses on this channel I have a mad desire to go berserk with a paintbrush and some COLOUR. So much beige, it's like drowning in porridge.
You deliver excellent content to your audience. It's very interesting material. All of your effort put into creating this video is much appreciated. I'm truly grateful for your help!
I've always appreciated concrete, glass and steel as residential building materials. From a former Mortgage Banker's perspective it can often boost appraised value as well. Phenomenal plot of land helps this work.
Another incredible house. You guys should release another version of these videos without any commentary, only with stunning visual and the usual amazing ethereal music in the background.
Stunning. The pivot entry door, wow. The building “geek” in me though, wants to hear about the engineering aspect of dealing with the point loads of the cantilever on the crest of a slide zone. How does one compensate for that incredible bearing mass on an unstable slope. 👏
This stunning house is definitely fit for a bond villain, I mean you'd definitely be tempted to try world domination if you woke up each morning overlooking such great views ♥️

This building is vomit in the landscape. The buyer wanted a nice view that ruins everyone else's.
Honestly I found this channel not to long ago and now I am obsessed, I have been binging this channel and I always get so excited when a new video comes out! The aesthetic and videography is immaculate! Hope to see more amazing videos.
It’s a lovely channel
I’ve just realized I’m not the only one obsessed 😅
Oh, I've been hooked on this channel for over a year! It is just therapeutic 😌
So glad you found it. Enjoy!
Same here! 🙋
Me and my mate always look up to this house every single day we go up and down the range. I haven’t seen the front of it until now but I always knew this property is absolutely stunning since I first saw it and always be one of my inspiration.
The building contractor must be a local legend! Well done to whoever you are.
“Valdal Projects” Mikey is a local legend, Stuart is ok too I guess 😊
And trades
Love the guy in the low rider pickup truck with that Dachshund.
I absolutely love Joe Adsett’s designs. They are so compelling and classic in that they only evolve as itself and not a distinct period.
This house has great views and privacy. Even as a dog I would love to live here, because as a dog I would not have to worry about paying for it!
How did a dog learn to write English, let alone use the internet? Phenomenal! 😂
This home takes my breath away. Wow, just wow! Truly significant.
This is the most sensually beautiful driveway I've ever seen. Even Bernini peers through the clouds with astonishment.
I love this Australian architectural style, it's very contemporary, it strikes a balance between the modern with a cozy, wonderful touch!!!
This is a beautiful and spectacular house. Simple but strong concept carried right through. Very well done!
I am so taken by the use of concrete and it's limitless possibility. The execution of the Architect's vision is flawless.
Beautiful! You hire an architect to design a a piece of art that one is lucky enough to reside in and able to pass on to others who will appreciate it as much as you do. Love the curves.
I live next door to an (under construction) Joe Adset house. He was also one of my tutors at uni. Keen to see this and compare to our new neighbours
Incredible would be an understatement. This place is so magical is borderline unreal. Almost like a rendering.
Everything in this house seems that it was Thought and designed at its minimum detail. Simply perfect.
Thanks for sharing
I didn't count the number of times he said "the views on offer" but it may be a world record. Congratulation.

You aussies really have great taste in design. This house is simply a true work of modern art.
No we really don’t. This is an exception. Our housing styles are boring and our architects mediocre.
The way this guy speaks so accurately descriptive and poetic, it's like I can see the architecture without actually seeing it. Such a verbal artform.
I have added The Local Project to my list of addictions.... The architecture design of the exterior and interior would make even Frank Lloyd Wright proud. Stunning!

Never knew concrete could be so voluptuous; truly a feat of design 👏🏾
The attention to detail is exceptional.
This architectural design is off the charts 👏
I appreciate all of the reasons given for the cantilever.... but I'll add one. It looks freakin cool.
Love the simplicity of the form and materials.
That is one of the best house design I have seen in a long time, the attention to detail is amazing, and it looks so nice, great design.
As a building designer and soon to be registered architect, I fail to find many works out there that catch my eye with this being an exception. I feel like the design solution could not have suited the site more. Really well done to Adsett architects and all involved.

these architects are all the same, the same trope the same minimalistic cold style. it sucks and you have to be deranged to live in it.
Nice and beautiful home that requires a ton of cleaning. The sharp exposed concrete edges without steel covering and the concrete outside flooring really look nice, but get dirty every time it rains.
I've watched the video of this architectural marvel 3 times, each time my appreciation of the design increases markedly.
With the violent storms that come through this region, having plenty of concrete above me sounds ideal.
Can't even handle how beautiful this all is!
ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS!!
Only rhing I would omit are any window coverings. Simply not needed and a distraction.
Hallo TLP we are patiently waiting for this premier… Thanks for all your Uploads… Through this Channel I learned about Architecture and interior Design which inspires me to improve our Home 😊…
My favourite house. What an excellent outlook and stunning use of design.
Stunning is absolutely the only word for this masterpiece 🔥
Absolutely amazing house and view. The only downside is that it’s in Queensland.
This channel is inspiring and this property is simply incredible
The pick up truck is just like put a cherry on the top of the cake. Love it
Is this a cliffhanger on the cliffhanger kind of pun-ception?
You think you're punny,
don't you...
Such a stunning piece of architecture.
Hats off to Owner who gave freedom to architect who Crete such a masterpiece .
I was waiting for this! Splendid design! Nice job 👍
Cheers from San Diego California 🇺🇸

This looks like something out of James Bond! 🤵♂️🍸 counting down the hours until the premier!
An excellent house - with the use of concrete and the feeling of space it reminds me very much of John Lautner houses like the Arango (a.k.a. "Marbrisa"), Elrod and Sheats-Goldstein residences.
I'm sure the views are even more spectacular at night
I turly love this design. Well done to J Adsett and team. Superb
Very sophisticated design and engineering is apparent in this residence!
I see videos everyday of my life about architecture, and in your intro, you catch my attention on all the items, for someone thats interested in architecture, starting with the glass door right through - wow, well done - lovely design, and excellent building site - worth a fortune - congrats
Man this place is like Nirvana, the architect definitely put a lot of thought into this piece.
I promise, he could have said ‘views on offer’ once only and it would have had just as much of a powerful impact.
It’s a modern marvel of a home my favorite home 👑
Masterclass in design and site integration 😍
Bravo. Project manifests purity and tranquility. The color palet is carefully chosen and the transitions between concrete and wood are smooth
This is my favorite one so far
Highest quality, top masterpiece
Thank you, I've been searching for videos of this house since the day you posted it on Instagram. This is truly my dream house. Hands down best channel in You Tube.
I am not a fan of ultra modern homes, but the angles, curves, overhangs and textures in this home are brilliantly done. Nice work!
Such an amazing piece of art. The house and the video
i love the windows which are made in my hometown 👍 an you have done an awsome job on this house i am deeply impressed

this place is absolutely beautiful , i would loveeeeee to own this home
my favorite of this channel
I’m a builder and looking at this house and thinking wow what a great job all through it
Modern brutalism is awesome!! I love it!! ❣️
love this channel. the local project should consider removing the end cards in their channel settings or create an outro to display the end cards in a way that does not obscure the beautiful end footage.

absolutely stunning work
The Local Project, is therapeutic great content.
On 100years it will still look modern and robust.
One of the most beautiful places ! 🔝🔝🔝
just a good taste and amazing view.
After seeing a couple of these houses on this channel I have a mad desire to go berserk with a paintbrush and some COLOUR. So much beige, it's like drowning in porridge.
Amasing! Perfection in every details.
Amazing home, gorgeous!
You deliver excellent content to your audience. It's very interesting material. All of your effort put into creating this video is much appreciated. I'm truly grateful for your help!
This place is really pretty!
I love how the cliffhanger is so
Wow...wow....wow. This is so well shot.
I've always appreciated concrete, glass and steel as residential building materials. From a former Mortgage Banker's perspective it can often boost appraised value as well. Phenomenal plot of land helps this work.

Awesome. This type of architecture is just my sweet spot. :-)
The algorithm works… amazing project and channel, thanks for sharing
Thank you too!
You are an absolute master Joe. Congrats on this incredible work of art!
Feel like inside my heart
Cold and quiet, perfection
STUNNING. A dream home.
Unbelievable,... the view, and the house.
Brutally beautiful!
Another fabulous little vid, thanks 🙏🏻 😊
They all look great when they're brand new. Come back in 50 years and see how it's aged.
It's already dated, it looks like something that was built in the 70's.
Stunning architecture
Many Australian’s are fortunate to live in some incredible homes I see..
Nice view from that bunker.
Very!
Amazing design
Love it. And haven't finish the whole vídeo
The architect of cliffhanger is fearless - I would love to be their intern.
Breathtaking!
DUUUUUDE. THIS. Is the dream.
Love the content and projects here, this is the place i get inspired to do experiment and follow your individual process thanks..
This stunning house is definitely fit for a bond villain, I mean you'd definitely be tempted to try world domination if you woke up each morning overlooking such great views ♥️
