- Following on from the special, I continue on this New Survival series on FS22, set in the woods. All I have is £150, 1 old tractor, and a 4x4. Let's see if we can make some money and eventually buy a farm.

Great series. Is not cheating to change price if is unrealistic in mod folder. I do this all the time, search online how much should cost and then adjust. I do this for vanilla as well.

I have had nothing but trouble with the manual attach mod, even with in game equipment it is hard to find the right areas to attach, wires hoses or PTOs. I'd love to use it but I just keep it disabled hoping the fix it.
If I was going to make hay I would get one of those tiny 120cm square balers to start off, since they could be picked up by hand and put into your trailers, and I'd look for a mod that can wrap the small bales. Personally I never use forage wagons in my games if I can help it.
I still am not sure how the switching to new maps would work. Maybe some players/viewers would like it. But I tend to stick on a map and with a series for the long haul, and too many changes to the theme might lose something for me. If you can make it fun and interesting, and stick with each map a long while it may work, but if it became hopping form map to make every 5 or so episodes it might lose something. In my personal game, for example, I played in Elm Creek for several days to get a feel for the game, and then got an idea to do a more grass and Cow focused game and went to Haut-Beyleron, and have been there every since, I have looked at some maps and have one in mind even, but it may be a few months yet before I am ready for a change.

I think that you did a great job with the modifications of the land. It looks great and as for the trees yeah giants collisions are just way to far from the actual edge of the tree shame because i enjoy logging as well in this game. Anyway looking forward to see where you go with this series😁👍

Seriously give a try to Yukon Valley. This one is BEAUTIFULL and has a remote feel like No Man's Land. I fell in love with it. It also support ground work with excavator but you do not need to play with this if you want to.

I wish there was a "vintage" section in the mods, and have all things vintage in that section. I'd love to get that old tractor, but I'm on console, so that's not happening

That is a nice area you have made there, looking forward to more episodes ( you can disable Manual attach in the options btw ) dont know if the mod itself still blocks the pto .. havnt had that issue my self.
would like a save of this at the first stage it would be a nice challenge to surive along side you and see how different it would be in the end.

Love the fact your uploading in 4k.. this game looks like bullocks in 1080p which is what most people use and its a shame because its a beautiful looking game.

Thanks. I edited the vehicle xml file for the save game. Changed the hours and wear 👍
The disappearing lady issue is a conflict with the fillable pallet mod.

If you take something to the shop in Farming Simulator and sell it there you’ll get an extra £1,000 than selling it at a workshop.
