    Looks amazing! I kept the salmon skin this time around when I've otherwise thrown it away... always felt like a waste so excited to try this!

      It is to this day one of my favorite rolls. One it is cheap but oh so tasty. The texture and flavor is amazing. I drizzle some bbq eel sauce on the skin to add some sweetness. I usually also have as a hand roll

    wow!! I always throw out salmon skin! next time I will leave salmon skin and cook this recipe

      That would be bbq eel sauce. I usually drizzle it on the skin though but also usually eat as a hand roll. Works fine on top of a regular roll
