💜💜💜 happy Tuesday 😊. Here watching my friend 💜💜💜
So glad your here!! Thanks for watching. 😃
I love the reverse food shopping idea!
It has been so game changing!!
Thank you for explaining this process!! We're in an apartment with a teeny fridge right now, and I use a lot of supplemental plant protein (beans, lentils, etc) to stretch the meat further. One of our "new home" goals is to get a deep freezer so that when meat goes on sale we don't have to worry about having space for it. Maybe we can even get half a cow and cage free chicken meat from our local farms here in TN!
Thanks for watching. Congrats on the new home, I love TN hoping to move there with my family in a few years. Local farms are the best, such an amazing goal!! 👏 😃
Love reverse grocery shopping! April

Awesome, please tell me if it works for you. Love to hear how each individual saves and what works for them.

Thanks for watching 😃
Love your videos and would love a wealthfront video.
Coming soon!
Clicked on this video right away, I need ideas to save on groceries. I just did a video with my grocery list, would I do is I look at the groceries that I have in my pantry and in my fridge, then I come up with a meal plan. Can’t wait to hear some tips that could help me.
I'll check it out!
I'm so glad to see your video on saving money on groceries!!!
The way we save on groceries is to check what we have, buy lost leaders on meat especially at our local grocery when it is a good price. We had no pork chops in the freezer last week, so we got three packages and vacuum sealed those. That is all that store had on sale at a good price. Then we got what Aldi had on sale that we needed and a few other things. We use what we have to make meals. This has saved us a lot of money. If meal planning works for some that's great. Also, if you use Aldi marinara sauce, you can use spices to make it how you like it and it is cheaper. It is in a jar, so you can decide how much to use and this makes it last longer. This inflation teaches you to get creative for sure. Like making small personal size pizzas with a tortilla, marinara sauce etc. For breakfast sandwiches, use two cans of Aldi frozen biscuits in the can, scrambled eggs that you bake in a rectangle dish, round sausages and a slice of cheese. Freeze them and they are much cheaper than store boughten ones in a box. I made some for about $11 and if I had boughten them in the box,it would have cost more. I used half a sausage in each biscuit so I got 16 biscuits. Saves a little. Every littlenbit adds up.
Yep, exactly!! Love this. I do the reverse and combo exactly what tou said worst the leftover money to stock up more for next meals. Gotta do whatever works to save during crazy inflation. 😃

Curious about when you felt comfortable starting your long term savings challenges. Did you wait until you had $1000 emergency fund in place first? Or 3-6 months savings fund in place first? Or, as you said in the video, just start?
