There is no "Osu" in Okinawan Karate, I feel like it wasn't your intention but it is considered kind of rude to say it in Okinawan dojos, Just a heads up...
Very much a beginner class. If not we would have 1 hour of talking concepts and stories and 1 hour of training, conditioning, kata and kumite (prearranged not free sparring) and no Shite competitor kata
