    The video I've been waiting for! Thanks for this. I myself am trying to decide whether to do a more conservative or aggressive drop since I love the look of a more aggressive drop but honestly don't really want to shell out the money for a camber kit... might just have to do that though lol. Looking forward to your next video of the end result!

      It is a minimal drop (but still noticeable). We’ll see how much the drop has on the alignment first, then I’ll decide on the camber kit. Thanks for the support.

    I just installed some of these springs yesterday now im getting a clunking noise in the front passenger side, and idea why that might be?

    • @TheLemonFactor
      @TheLemonFactor  8 місяців тому +1

      Hard to tell without being there to hear it and feel it. However, if the clunking wasn’t there before the install, it’s most likely from a loose nut / bolt - go back and retighten everything to spec. If the noise is still present, check your swaybar connections as they may now be too tight from the lowering. Good luck 👍

    • @user-bj7fs1zi8b

    Hey man great video! Quick question though, i am looking to get the eibach sportline springs , do i have to also buy aftermarket endlinks or have to buy a rear camber kit in order for the springs to work with no issues ?

    • @TheLemonFactor
      @TheLemonFactor  4 місяці тому

      I’m still using the OEM endlinks without issue, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt. With such a modest drop I haven’t experienced any visible abnormal tire wear, however I do rotate my tires every 5,000 miles. With that said, my alignment is out of spec, but not by much. Rear camber arms certainly would help, especially if you’re going lower and also depending on your wheel specs.

    Love your videos you make it to easy!!! I have the EX-l and just put some light weight wheels and high performance tires on using same size as oem(225/50/17). The new tires are amazing in performance and handling when compared to the original Michelin Tire that have very hard compound.
    Now to my question since I'm running a slightly smaller tire in diameter(about .6" shorter then your stock tire 235/35/19 like the Touring) I decided to go with the Megan lowering springs to help get that gap closed in some more. I watched your video on the different springs and great video on that. After I swap to the Megan springs I'm going to put the oem wheels and tires back on and ride a few hundred miles to let everything to Settle In. Now the to the question in your opinion should I go with and install the rear camber arms because the Megan springs are lower then the Eibach springs?
    Thanks for any info

    Nope, nope and nope. If you care about your suspension and especially warranty. Don’t do this on the Touring with the adaptive dampers. This guy and others are not the ones paying the bill when the suspension issues start happening. And you will definitely have them over time. Sport models and below are fine since they don’t have the adaptive dampers.
