If you rewatch your video , The clutch started with the pins in the right hole, then you built it and put the clutch weights using the left hole ? 1:24 and 5:22
Hello..... can I use any brand of clutch, on any brand of chassis or engine? respecting tolerance and measurements everywhere, sure, I'm newbie on this 1/ 10 on road cars, and I'm not sure..... The people I asked for, don't tell me anything clear.... Thank you in advance
I use infinity and serpent clutch on XRAY , But like Jilles said certain gears only work on some clutch Bells. Serp/xray gears work with eachother …… infinity won’t accept or thread on anything else
Good tips, just bought a if14.2 locking good so far 👍
Very usefull videos Jilles, thanks
Hi Jilles
Is there a reason you pay the shims in front of the clutch spring nut, it’s different from the original if15 manual
Can you let me know where to buy the gears on that clutch first and second

Yes true very sharp! The clutch was build wrong but rebuild in the right way.
Hi Jilles, when you install the clutch weights, is it important they are free when sliding over the flywheel pins?
Hi Dane, yes they should work free but minimum play

Hi, yes usually every clutch fits on any engine/car. Only thing you have to check if the clutch bell has the same thread as your pinion gears.
@@jillesgroskamp8752 thanks so much for response.... 😊😊👍
