It's a little drill they use to get the holes in there for keychains .. can get from craft store, home Depot or I got mine from Amazon. They have a kit for making keychains but you have to buy the drill separate

It’s easy to do you wait until it’s almost cured and you use a LoL hand drill and a drill a hole put the hook in and you have your key chain
