You know when your laws fail if they don't prevent events and you know that as a country you fail if idiots like Mr. Justice even have a remote right to address it's fighters, who have the legal obligation to see what happens and have all the rights to extinguish a fire if they find it to be necessary.
The aggressive vocal behaviour would in every other country in the world be the reason to arrest such person.
It's distracting from a pretty complicated job as extinguish fires, and since he clearly did not want to reason and deliberately obstructing any de-escalation trick, he should be kept responsible for waisting time of EMS.
Sure.... The regular nitwits here will argue amendments and court cases from 1949, but the reality is that the entire system of justice is failing in the US, for decades!!!!
Freedom of speech, freedom, privacy etc are not words in a dictionary or law...
These are norms and values. Once youwant to use these these words you must realise that anyof them comes with responsibility.
Ignoring this means a lack of respect.
And hey 🙄 we all know about respect in the US.
De-escalation is communication.
Communication is a 2 way system.
Mr. Justice appears to be on a one way road....
Very sad... Especially the insult towards fire fighters. Can't wait to see Mr. Justice somehow desperately needing assistance, where a property owner refuses them right of way so they have to go on a 10 minute detour...
See if his mouth can stop then for 5 minutes.
Disgusting behaviour a a double F for Mr. Justice for not willing to cooperate straight from the beginning with a service ready to rescue 24/7.
They are not security staff or police officers who regularly commit crimes.
Haven't heard of a country yet where the population can behave in a disgusting mannerlike this without being removed from the premises.
Another amazing video of a country failing in nearly every aspect of life you can imagine....

This is one of the best police officers I’ve seen on this channel. Not because he was perfect, but because when he lost his temper he didn’t try and arrest or assault someone under cover of his job, he simply got angry and had an argument with them man to man, albeit with some threats. Like a normal human being and not an egotistical police officer. And then to immediately apologise and confess his actions to a superior in front of the person he’d just had an issue with. It wasn’t the right phrase at all… however, Mr. Justice didn’t make the phone call, it was the firefighters. If I’m not mistaken, Mr. Justice was not in his right to make any of them leave until their business was complete. The firefighters were in their right to enter the property, and when met with resistance, called the police. Ironic.
@@FatAlbert1020 That isn't entirely factual. We don't know if the fire Mr. Justice set was lawful or not. So that's up in the air. The fire fighters came and put out the fire. Mr. Justice was pissed about that. The fire fighters had to stay to make sure the fire didn't flair up again, so calling the police is understandable. The officer understandbly is frustrated with Mr. Justice and the fire fighters because of all the back and forth. But once all of this is completed the officer should've just left the property without saying a damn thing. @@Lord_Bibulous the commentator said the fire was a legal contained fire.
First thing I learned in EMT school and Fire academy, leave when they become hostile! It's not worth getting hurt. Call PD and let them handle it.
So much of this could have been different. First, explain what's going on and just ask to investigate. If he says no, say thank you and leave. My department got called for an open burn violation and my chief arrived first. While still on the way I heard my chief say over the radio, "I'm going to be clear of the scene. I was told to do something very uncomfortable to myself and he left. I'll be back in service." My chief was the man. He did the right thing. He made contact and left. All liability was left on the property owner.
That doesn't work that way though, even if the owner refuses, they have to investigate. If the fire goes out of control and there is proof that the department was called when it was still manageable, the department is liable.
The fire department is generally given a broad amount of power in the interest of public safety. With that authority comes an enormous responsibility to be reasonable and professional.

A fireman.
Fire fighters and park Rangers have a huge amount of power even more so than sheriffs. It’s for good reason! A single moron can cause a whole state to burn. Thank you firefighters for your service! You guys are the best people I know.

A professional Captain, or firefighter should have taken all of this into account. Could it have been further from that car, yeah. Is it ideal to have the fire where it was, no. But outside of what the contents of the fire were, which we have no context... it appeared to be under control and should have been let go. If the guy was in any violation of any municipal statutes, he should have advised of them, and gone from there.. But no, Captain here went full butthurt on a citizen. Fire fighters in that area have been violating private property laws and causing destruction under fire laws for years. Breaking gates and even taking peons air conditioners out and entering homes, where there was no fire. This fire was in a fire pit.
As for Mr Justice, he was on his property, now with a broken gate, that will cost thousands to fix, and he was upset. We had a call for a fire in a neighbors yard and went code 3 to the location and the neighbor was burning a pile of leaves in his yard. The man wasn’t with the fire or monitoring it. I educated him that at the moment, there was no burn ban but he needed to have a hose close by and watch the fire because it hadn’t rained for weeks. An hour later we got another call at the same address. We ran only lights. Upon arrival, the fire was larger and spreading and he wasn’t watching it. He also never pulled out a hose. We put the fire out anyway. A few hours later we got another call. Again, we just ran lights. On the 15 minute ride we discussed that when we got there we were going to hose down anything that would burn to stop him. It turned out that he put his mower in the storage building while it was still hot and it ignited flammables in the building and was fully engulfed when we got there. Sticking to our word, we hosed down the whole property.
Controlled fires usually have provisions against spread where they must be a minimum distance from dead brush or ignition sources because lit embers can be caught and blown several feet. It appears his fire is right on the property line where an uncontrolled amount of flammable brush can be seen in the background, an example is of the fire chief picture at the end, and his fire could possibly been in violation of the clearing rules.

Nor did the Officer ever try to arrest the man for anything even any words at the end. Not invoking legal power for petty issues is a quality more officers need.
I’m going to call that fire department and waste their time by telling them I have a fire in my grill they can come out out 😂
"LEt it go, Let it go" well I guess that cops like frozen
More like rambo
Lol
Definition if "Let it go":
"A dog walking away with its tail between the legs knowing it was beaten, but walked away before it got worse."
How do you justify Mr Justice getting a B+??
He is the one escalating the entire situation. When the others DID try to talk reasonably, he wouldn't shut up and listen.
Not to mention he started the situation to begin with 😂
Because it is his roperty and the people inside it refused to leave?????? hat d you do if you have three morons inside your house refusing to leave¿¿¿¿
I perceived it differently. The firefighters had no intention to explain themselves.
Why are they there to put out a small contained fire with no chance at causing a bigger fire? How did they know to come there? It is contained and the ground it wet it seems. They are either there to harass him, possibly for past encounters, or at the very least are wasting resources, maybe to keep their funding high in the next budget.
@@YURAKAPTIV The fire was against a chain link fence with fallen leaves on either side. Even leaves that seem damp can catch fire very easily, and once a few start to burn, you'd be amazed how fast it can spread. Had even an ember got to the other side of the fence, "Mr. Justice" would have needed to run all around the fence, by which time it could easily be out of control.
Where I live burning leaves requires a permit and you need to have a hose at the ready to extinguish the flames. I don't see any hose in this video and "Mr. Justice" doesn't strike me as the type to get a permit to burn.
“PUT THAT OUT NOW PRIVATE!!!” “Ok sir!!” 😂
If you wanted the firefighters to leave and they weren't leaving how would remaining silent help him in that situation
Dude could have been a little more restrained ..he escalated everything about this encounter
Only _A LITTLE?!?!_ 😂😂😂
@@anti-ethniccleansing465 true 🤣
@Gghhj Jjjj Right

@@vexs4883 don't bother with replying to them. Their account was made 1 month ago and looks like their cat picked out their name.

Captn was pissed to go on a call like that cause his help was not needed at all. Had to stop whatever he was doing and answer the alarm slide the pole get dtessed like a normal fire man.....I am Captian so and so. He maid it very clear he was the captian that puts him in charge NOT. I am not related to officer Sims.
@@barrysims9906 Hahaha. His afternoon nap probably got interrupted and it was their 1st call in 3 days.
In some states like Massachusetts for example you are only allowed to burn on certain days and time of year depending on wind and chances of brush fires. If so they would be in their right to tell him to put it out or extinguish it themselves before leaving and do their due diligence to make sure the fire hadn’t spread to any brush in the area
The fact the other officer didn't try to de-escalate the situation between Sims and Justice is ridiculous. I do give Sims props for calming down, admitting fault, and reporting truthfully, all without pulling his taser or gun, I do respect that of him. Hopefully he's better at controlling his emotions now.
Justice deserves a D, he was just demanding over and over and being stupidly aggressive with his behavior. Imagine if this dude was a cop. He owns a property and thinks he can boss literally anyone around? Ridiculous.
