Excellent work ( I repair guitars for a living too 🙂 ) and the way you routed those cavities in the back of the neck and plugged them was flawless... It's so beautiful that if it was my Wilshire I would have left the "fillings" visible and simply refinished the area 😁😁 Again, great job...
I can't help but think that the insertion of gussets into the back of the neck is a bit overkill. The glue job alone is perfectly adequate, and when cleaned up will more than suffice. Just saying.
I don't know if you read english. I never saw a neck repair so ugly. If the right glue were used, the job could be finished there. Clean, strong and correct
I'm thinking it must an inexpensive guitar, since the cleave is at an angle ie cut of wood is poor, and its a cheap white hardwood, I'm guessing ramin or obeche and stained...awful colour by the way.
Bro....next time simply fill it with Epoxy!!!! Its so obvious that your fittings has gabs at the bottom. Epox is more durable, can be easy worked out and if needed reinforced with carbon or Glasfiber!!!

Absolutely, all the splines do in this case is produce a weakened area at their ends

ヤスリがけ頑張ると手が腫れてグーが握れなくなりますよね。
ゴリラボンドは乾くと透明になるんですね。削り心地はタイトボンドと同じ感じなんですかね？
実際使ってみてゴリラボンドはタイトボンドとほぼ同じです。硬化後もタイトボンドのように固くなるので削りやすいと思います。

ビットは直径12mmで刃の高さが10mmくらいのストレートビットを使いました。ネックの溝を掘るときにテンプレートに合わせる為にベアリングを3枚追加しました。
ゴリラボンド、タイトボンドに比べたら接着力弱すぎません？

I wouldn't use gorilla glue for a guitar neck, it foams up. I wouldn't be surprised if your truss rod got glued in place.
