    Coach i love mma and i've been into stoicism for about a year now but watching your channel and your joe rogan episode and other interviews you have done made me interested in what the great thinkers of in human existence have thought like and it been something i have been obsessed with for quite a while now and i would like to thank you for mixing it out sometimes like bruce lee and other great mixed martial artists

    Coach, if you pay close attention Whitaker walked into the stiff jab. Thats a totally different jab than the regular one.
    I would say that’s a punch that can cause serious damage.

      Well not really, connor is one dimensional in that he's just a very good striker. He doesn't wrestle, he can't submit, and he's not a high stamina out point someone. If he don't knock you out in first two rounds that's pretty much it. I'll give him this tho his take down defense is pretty good. But once it's to the ground connor has nothing
