02:06:08 🌱 *Vegan diets can be experimented with, but a balance with flesh foods might be necessary for sports performance.*
02:12:32 🕊️ *Emptiness is a concept in Eastern philosophy, such as Zen Buddhism, that emphasizes the void and nothingness as essential for existence.*
02:12:48 🤔 *The doctrine of emptiness in Buddhism is complex, and interpretations may not be entirely accurate due to the oral tradition and the passage of time.*
02:13:15 🧐 *There is uncertainty about the historical existence of Buddha, and some teachings may have evolved through oral traditions.*
02:15:12 🌌 *While the concept of "nothingness" or "the void" is important in Zen Buddhism, it may not align exactly with the doctrine of emptiness, as nothingness is contingent.*

MAJOR key for preventing an ACL tear or re-tear is PROPRIOCEPTION training. An example:
Stand on one leg for 45 sec (2-3 sets)
Once that's easy, same thing from turning your head side to side
Once that's easy, close your eyes
The ULTIMATE level is eyes closed AND head turning. Very hard
When you tear your ACL, your proprioceptors go all out of wack. So in addition to the typical strength training, mobility, and agility - you have to train proprioception

2+2=4 is true but objectively not perfectly true. You are right. Use roman numbers for example. 11+11=22, it still makes 4. You use other numbers but they arr the same in another way. 11 is 2 in roman, so 1+1=2. So im saying 11+11=22, 2+2=4, so its still the same result. It all depends of you perspective. The perspective is the farthest point of sight in your mind but it is also a way of thinking that makes the subjective subject be relative.
