Seems like there's a growing "bob" trend.. I am seeing a lot of it here on UA-cam.. Back in h.s. when that was the trend I just went and bought a a wig for it.. I guess if I start to crave that look again, I'll be buying another wig..

Wear a lace front Bob wig before you do it because you may not like it.
Bobs grow out quickly. The only thing keeping me from one is that I’d be using more heat to keep it sleek. I had one when I was relaxed and loved it. So if you’re natural, you may be better to get a sew in or go the wig route as others recommended.

If u have curly hair....dont cos u gna have to set your hair.....end up using heat alot......long hair is better and so much easier to maintain. Short hair is too much of work.
Long hair you can do so many hairstyles and on lazy days u dnt wanna wash your hair....just make a bun.

So my hair was like waist length. But it’s been bleached and heat damaged and I just had stringy curls. Cutting a Bob was the best thing I did. I’m slowly growing it back (mid way between collar bone and bra strap ) and I got my curls back, it looks so much thicker. If my hair looked as good as hers to start I wouldn’t have had to. But y’know sometimes we need a change! (Ya girl looks beautiful I’d love to see where it’s at now!)
