If not… I’d encourage you not to use that term as a throwaway comment. As a medical professional, I have seen and treated many patients who fight to keep this disorder under control. It is a challenging way to live, yet so many are fighting hard and succeeding. It’s not a thing to joke about by those of us who have no idea what it’s really like. I’d urge you to discontinue the casual use of “OCD” and just stick with “I like things symmetrical/orderly/detailed.
Thank you so much for kindly sharing your valued opinion. While I do try to "embrace" my OCD that dates back to when I was a child, I'll do better about not including it when I mention my love for symmetry. ❤️

@@AdventuresinDecorating our weather is still pretty warm but our mornings and evenings are cooling down nicely now…we typically go all the way until October here in the desert southwest (Arizona) and really until Halloween before there is no trace of warm weather left in the afternoons and we can get our sweaters and hoodies out for the Fall…it is always tricky to do Autumn Home Decor Styling and still have to close up the windows and blinds midday for the still Summer~like weather…! Like I always say tho, ;Every place has something, we have high temps and a dry heat and some wind but not much rain and no snow where I live! I did have a good weekend visiting our 4 adult kids and 2 granddaughters in Phoenix (a 4 hour drive from our home in Bullhead City, Az! I look forward to your posts, Becca! Happy Fall Season to you and your Family!
