Been a bit of delay in editing and uploading this was filmed back in late March before the UK when into 'lockdown' and hope you are all safe and well!
First video for my Toyota Auris SR180 which I use as a daily. The car already has a few mods installed and continuing to add to the list this video is fitting the BC Coilovers and Enkei Selbach wheels. Please like the video and subscribe to channel!

Nice to see a SR180. How's the ride steady, stiff... How's handling.. Also what other mods you did..??
I use the car daily for how low it sit its actually pretty good, to the point I completely nailed a speed bump at 30 mph :/ whoops. Handles way better but its still a heavy family hatchback. Just small mods so far nothing really special. Maybe Ill go into more details in another video.
when i was 18 i got my first Starlet, after 5 years i got auris. I change to Colt Czt and now i drive a shity new Fiat tipo. damn i must go back to Toyota!!!
Haha can’t beat a Toyota! I had a Honda civic ef and a suzuki swift before I had my first Starlet and had Toyotas ever since
Subscribed for more Auris content! I see you’ve done the intake, any other engine/exhaust mods? Or a remap?
Its had a remap which gained more torque, but nothing exhaust wise yet but there are plans
@@CarMadPete could you say the name of the specific BC Racing coilovers that you used on your auris because i have a 2007 auris and also want to lower it and wanted to know the ones you used

MARCELO VIDEOS I brought my kit second hand so if they do they forgot to send them, seems to be set on a good setting though
Nice Auris u got mate...will be necessary to remove the wipers motor everytime you need to adjust the coilovers?
Right now I'm using stock suspension with lowering springs but i would like to know...
Cheers dude! If your adjusting camber I would say yes. You could probably do it without taking it off but it would harder. For adjusting the damping setting I can get my hand in there to turn the knob

Im right in saying the trd auris was from 09-12? They will be will probably sick out from the bumper if Im correct
Do you know if rear lights from facelift model will fit on the pre facelift model? Thanks
They do but I think they stick out at the bottom of the light from memory

Before I brought the car it had it going through the gator for the door. I upgraded the wiring and ran it the same but after getting to know these better there is a grommet near the top to the back of the front arches that would work better

I brought them second hand off facebook. Any BC racing dealer should be able to get them for you
What springs are they sitting on ?
They are BC Racing coilovers, so the whole suspension not just spring
Hi mate I have the t180 2.2 it used twice as much fuel as it should do and I don’t think it’s as fast as it should be have you heard of this problem with these cars?
Is it chucking smoke out the exhaust?

It was a limited run I’m afraid and now discontinued
I thought all Auris came with torsion beam rear suspension.
In the UK T180 and SR180 models came with independent rear suspension. It shares parts from the Lexus CT200H, I’ve now fitted adjust rear camber arms from the CT200H as research of the oem part number highlighted it was shared
I've been trying to source a set of sideskirts for my sr180 for a while now anyone know Where I'd find a set?
Either have to find some replica ones or keep your eyes on ebay or facebook market place

@@CarMadPete Do you mean if it have springs and shock absorbers for each wheel? Wheel, shock absorber, spring. Independent suspension.

What engine is that and what mod did uve done on it. And how much it gains after remap? Its sad it doesnt have enouth videos of auris tuning in youtube
Its the 2AD-FHV engine 2.2 diesel. Mine fair reserved remap, same power on the dyno made more torque and is slightly better on fuel, still have the dpf and egr but do want to get into tuning this engine
@@CarMadPete 177 hp stage 1 remap goes to 200hp and 500tq if u remove dpf will get some power fs stock pistons and everything can hold 300hp fs i saw this on one my friend
