Wow...wanted to make one today...cornflower not readily available in the USA. In the U.S., the distinction between corn flour and cornstarch is fairly straightforward. In the United Kingdom, however, cornstarch is called cornflower . It's the same product as cornstarch in the USA. So, are you using cornflower as in the UK definition?
