- EEG tools to connect, visualize and record the Muse device signals by using Python via the Lab-Streaming Layer (LSL) . Simple neurotech to start playing with your brain:

LSL stream github.com/ale...
Labrecorder github.com/lab...
MuseUDP (for Matlab) www.mathworks....
MNE mne.tools/stab...

Thanks man! searching for and about bluemuse led me here, looks much easier in python over the windows install too
It’s emergency 🚨 do you know how to make classification eeg signals in python ? I will use for robotic arm control ,thanks already!!
there are plenty of projects in github pages, I only tried with OpenBCI not Muse though: ua-cam.com/video/RLdzHOd_xTM/v-deo.html
@@alecrimi thank u for quick feedback
can i do this in mac instead of raspberry po?
The Meditation Research Institute Switzerland (MRIS) is very happy about this instruction, thanks a lot, a great demo . The next step is to connect to code to Home Assistant.
did you manage?
have you done flowtime?
stunning video
Can I connect neurosky mindwave set device?
if you talk about the bluetooth streaming yes, if you mean for the actual reading no, you need to use Neurosky specific libraries: pypi.org/project/NeuroSkyPy/ or github.com/akloster/python-mindwave
Thanks a lot for this video
Gracias
you got a sub man
Is there any device from which you can read more brain signals? anything whose data can be easily interpreted in python
openBCI probably, but then it is better to use MNE python libraries rather than those rudimental python scripts
hi, thank you before for the explanation. I wanna ask something about bluetooth dongle, it must be using BLED112 or I can using any usb bluetooth dongle? thank you
You have got point amn
is there a way to read the values and do something when it reaches some particular value or less than or greater than that particular value of a particular brainwave, if so how?
Yes I’m wondering the same thing. For example, blinking creates a specific pattern. Could we make a python script that print “hello world” every time you blink.
@@umarahmed1252 Yes you can!
Do you know if it is possible to do experiments by synchronizing the task with the EGG and then extract the ERP?
it seems so: www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fnins.2017.00109/full
@@alecrimi Thanks !
nice

What is the cost price of neurosky
Would it be possible to use something like MicroPython and gather brain signals real time and save it as data? I want my program to be able to do an action when brain signals are indicating something.
I am actaully thinking something like that also considering federated (machine) learning, or you can make an android app reading the LSL streaming
@@alecrimi Do you have an email I could contact you? I have further questions, but I don't want to flood the comments section.
I can't search my muse2 in uvicmuse. How can I solve it? my muse2's bluetooth works well
There are several bluetooth protocols, you have to check whether you use Mac/Linux or Windows. For Windows you might need an additional bluetooth dongle. Google the latest trick to connect bluetooth via Python depending on the operative system
Are you solved this issue?
@@joseadrianjuarezvazquez4587 No, I finally used BlueMuse
how did you solve it?? help me TT
What project are you doing with Muse?
Does it connect to muse 2?
Hello
@alecrimi do you know if this is still doable? And if so, can I pay you to show me or send it to me? I’ve tried to using all kinds of git’s , libs.. just running into so many issues between the connections. This is a serious project. I wanted to start back up. It still works. I will be happy to exchange your time for money. @alecrimi
