Colson has always said he hates his smile, but Kells has one of the best smiles I've seen. This was pretty cool y'all did great. Sophie is such a incredible guitarist. You guys worked hard so after a fan of about a decade its great to see you where you're at. Much deserved.

MGK is one of the few artists that sound better live rather than in the studio. I saw him live in Seattle and it was absolutely amazing.

MGK I so so so so loved this show. Im the girl that fell in the moshpit and a bunch of guys fell on top of me and I broke two ribs. But I would do it over a million times. I loved every second and it means the world to me that you stopped the show to make sure I was okay and that one of your crew members gave me the setlist while i was backstage, in pain. I sang my heart out and had the best time!

@@zmcg no ofcourse not. I got dragged out by security when the incident happened and got sent off to the hospital. But before the incident happened I was singing my heart out 🤦🏻♀️

As far as I can tell he US is just more hateful in general. The amount of hate there for his switch to pop punk was actually insane. Here most people I've spoken to just liked him trying something new
The US just hates on success. He didn't do well in rap, so he switched genres and now does really well and is criticized for it. If I'm not doing well in one career field myself, I'm going to switch to a new one so why this much hate for him going somewhere else and being successful?

Em is my ALL TIME FAVOURITE artist. I been rockin with MGK since his BET cypher, where he was rockin them red pants. i WAS BUMMED when they beefed. KELLZ is PURE RAW TALENT. top tier bars as a rapper. brought pop punk back to life. i miss his bars. i hope he does a half rap half punk album with features on each punk song are rappers and vice versa

I was at the barricade at pinkpop and it was amazing. This was my second time seeing him perform. Everytime it is just worth it and it is really inspiring to see him grow especially also looking back to the path he made for himself. Looking forward to the next one!

I’ve been to A LOT of gigs/festivals, and I can honestly say, nobody has come close to MGK in terms of stage presence or crowd interaction. Such an incredible performer

@@TLSXX idk who you were talking to but I agree with you race doesn't matter and it makes no sense to even bring it up. That being said, mgk is not good 😂. After watching this my opinion improved slightly, he's not TERRIBLE but I still wouldn't call it good or play it on aux.
This is the most generic attempt at pop punk ever, his rap career got obliterated so bad he switched to the opposite genre 😂
I find his singing ability to be sub par, his range is really small and his notes are often really shaky cause he has poor breath support. It's not ALL bad and there's times when he sounds good singing like at 17:50 but I just find the music generic/unoriginal, cheesy, and a bit cringe. But to each their own. Especially because/also he uses trap beats and 808s in the music and that's just dumb I mean it's supposed to be punk dude don't use rap style instrumentals in a rock song, pick a genre
If you like modern punk listen to neck deep, the story so far, real friends, and movements.

MGK has always loved both rock and hip-hop since the beginning of his career, the "switch" has nothing to do with the em beef and he didn't even switch, he never stopped rapping and his next album is gonna be rap. he never got the opportunity to try out this type of sound in his career and when he did, he went full out with it. if you feel like the punk music he does his generic that's fine, you don't have to like it but just bc it's generic doesn't mean it's bad. there's a thing called versatility, he's not the only artist doing more than one genre but people only take an issue with him doing more than one genre. why put artists in a box? if they can pull off both genres, let them do both. i really don't get why it's so hard for some people to understand that. or maybe they do understand but since it's cool to hate on MGK to get internet points they choose to act oblivious just to hate on him some more. if you don't like it it's fine, but clearly a lot of people do. one thing we're not gonna do is sit here and act like he's not a good live performer though, definitely one of the best live performers whether you like his music or not.

Wanted to die when I was listening to YungBluds God save me but don’t drown me out so I started listening to more of YungBluds songs and fell in love with him then I started listening to MGK and was like this guy is okay but the more I listened to his songs I was like damn I live him😂.
