We need to grab the UI all the time while walking right? Is there any other way where the screen follows us?

It's not mandatory to grab the ui while waking... Whenever you pinch with your thumb & index, the screen will spawn there but if your question is how can we the screen even during the walk then it's not possible... You can try holding the menus with the controller instead of your hands, it'll give you a stable tracking but it should be in the field of view of the cameras
