The general consensus here among the TLOU community is that this character is Ellie's mom... somewhere around 6 years after the first scene with Joel and Sarah.
Which would make Ellie 14 in the 20 years later part of the first game.

@@Neocoolzero i mean, i dont see how they would get enough nutrition to keep themselves from starving, let alone overload themselves with enough protein to grow such muscles, its not just a matter of working out
@@Killingglorie have you never seen poor manual labourers with ripped bodies? Growing in size is one thing, but toning down even with lack of proper nutrition is not impossible. Just need to lift sacks of cement everyday for months. =p
