how rad would that plunk look f you sanded all the paint off the body?....damn that would be cool wunnit maaaate?
I've always said to Jedd imagine if the "D" on the upper bout was a "brand" like what Gretsch did with the G with various models. It'd be a bit more rustic for that model I reckon. Being a simpler beast.
Hahaha Nathan would love that eh
What Duesenberg model is that? Cool!
It’s called the Senior. Great isn’t it? 👍
Any plans to record your performance at third and Lindsley? I’d stand in line to buy it.
Gotta love one pickup guitars :)
Could you maybe get into that thumb thing from Tom a bit more? Maybe just show how different ways you incorporate it? Thanks! Such great playing at the top!
Sweet guitar you’re playing there! What is it? Thanks for the tips I’ll have to go look at that mini memory man!cheers!
Jed.
In my feed today, your video came up as well as Tom's.
I clicked on yours first. Your thoughts and creativity have a lot of meaning behind them and it's very pleasing to watch. But the real reason why i clicked on yours first is because I'm hoping you got a new line in that killer western swing song ya been workin on.
Take care man😊
I don't get either one of those guys, they are good players, but to be so famous with their mediocre talent confuses me, while much better players remain unknown - wtf? I guess there is no accounting for "taste"?
lol wow a scripted pre taped interview...... FJB is cooked ..
Awesome into, Saw you on Tom’s channel three years ago or so watching and listening ever since. You both play with tremendous emotion and note clarity; really fills in the open spaces. Thanks Jed keep up the great work.
Nicely done. I like it like that.
Damn it Jedd I’m going to the shed
Jedd is on Fire howdy guys what a delight !
I had to play the video twice, the first time I couldn't stop looking at/thinking about the Doozie!! LOL Love that guitar! I've got that bug though, I would have to try a Glaser/Buk stop-tail bridge on it! I think Glaser has it figured out! Just enough angle to compensate for string size (and wraps on bottom 3) In the shop the other night I had a random play list on, it played the set of you and Sarah alone w/candles on stage playing hew new record. I love that! One of these days the Doc's will leave me alone long enough so I can drive down and catch a show! I'd love to see you and Vince also!! Break a leg mate!! 8) --gary
I can hear Buk's influence in your playing, and still your individual style shines through! I think I'm starting to pick up some of his influence and yours as well, at least I hope, hope, hope...
Love the playing, that was awesome. In case you didn't know, that lick you played at the end uses the whole tone scale. This is probably the coolest lick I've ever heard in that scale
Thanks for the vids, can't wait to hear and see you Wednesday night. Is that a Tom Britt painting behind you?
My aunt was a £10 pohm
Lived in whyalla for years
Pretty snazzie intro there, Jedd! Bewt and fun as.
Looking good, Jedd. Love a good storm - it's so fascinating
This is Awsome!!! So soulful!!
You’re always coming up with cool stuff Jedd! Love it man. Very inspiring!
Thank you mate!
Good to see you've gone back to playing right handed mate. 🙂
Also, I reckon' Duesenberg guitars need to use that Senior model as the basis for a Jedd Hughes signature model.
How fun would that be!
@@JeddHughesOfficial not a crazy idea surely?
