This is something I really struggle with. I find myself putting myself through the wringer to help other people to the detriment of my own mental health or expenditure of my own resources. I tend to be there even when everyone else in their right mind tells me to leave. I want to fix other's problems. I think it is because I want to protect others. I was that child that was never protected. I don't want others, no matter their age, to feel unprotected or to feel like no one is on their side. But I know it is unhealthy for me. I suppose I just don't know when enough is enough.

I was often betrayed by people ...they cheated on me instead of breaking up with me. That hurts me the most. They wasn't honest with me, they were toxic. Today, when someone I date met his exgirlfriend doesn't know what he want, it's over for me.

If you’re ever placed in a situation where they feel like the need to pick between you or another person remove yourself because you don’t deserve that and you should never be in that position! Knows your worth ppl! Once your put yourself first everything will be okay :)

I'm really in despair house situation is bad we are suffering financially and as elder child I'm not able to do anything to my family but idk I can't do anything Idk my body isn't able to move I feel guilty , I smile I act im normal but no I'm so numb that i want to do but I'm so weak I feel bad I can't do anything i also feel like giving up, all over this I'm growing Spiritually and I know it's all test but I wish I could do I wish I had mindset to solve my problems ...

I think believing in God is what truly makes us complete. Even though taking care of ourselves is important! You be in shambles materialistically but still be 'complete'.
Jesus said to take his 'burden' because it is light. The alternate is the endless problems of this world. We choose between having belief in what he says and letting our belief in him carry us through the chaos or we can take on the impossible weight of the world without him. Only one will work out eventually.
