Rest up Jamie and go easy on yourself! I tested positive on Christmas Eve 🥲 Spent Christmas and New Years sick in bed, hands down the worst I’ve ever felt in my life. 3 weeks later and I still don’t feel 100%. Take the time to rest and chill. Your body will thank you for it ❤️
Tested positive on November 30th and was wrecked, ill and covered in hives for a few weeks. I'm only just now feeling like myself but still have a wee cough. Take it easy, get lots of vitamin D. That'll help your recovery all around. Hang in there, it gets better but might be slower than you'd like.
Ps , Scotland looks so majestic! No wonder the producers of the Harry Potter films , chose Scotland to film in. The drone footage Jack took, was like the opening scene to a film. It’s so beautiful. The Harry Potter bridge is so amazing! It looks so tall! Would love to visit Scotland. Xx watches the Harry Potter reunion last night. So lovely . Emma Watson was so emotional , and I loved seeing Rupert and Emma, telling each other, how much it all meant to them. And that he loved her. So sweet xx
Scotland is beautiful! One of the most beautiful places I have visited in my entire life! I did the same trip in 2017 and I spent two days in Glenfinnan. The Scots are so nice and welcoming people. I left a piece of my heart there and if covid permitting I hope to be back soon! 🏴❤️
Aw Not only were you in the place i grew up (Mallaig) but you were on Fortwilliam high street just meters away from my wee beauty salon too! Hope you enjoyed your visit! I think we sometimes take this place for granted seeing it all the time but theres nothing like Camusdarroch beach in the summer! Hope yous are on the mend soon!
Top quality vlog this week darling, really cheered me up despite the shitty news, but seeing you running round beloved Scotland in that wonderful coat and seeing Glencoe (Jacks drone skills just keep getting better :) ) and you're a Potterhead ; yes mate! love it... I hope you both recover quickly xxx much love
I’m going on day six since testing positive and am just now starting to feel better. I’m really weak. Load up on the vitamins take lots of decongestant drink lots of water and rest!!
The day trip looked lovely, the Harry Potter fan in me was squealing for joy. I'm so sorry to hear you've both tested positive, I hope you and Jack manage to get some rest and it doesn't effect you both too much xxx
Aching from head to foot, a headache, feeling knackered, and brain fog.....I don't have covid, but that was after my booster vaccination! Since then no symptoms thank goodness. Hope your 6 & 7 day tests are clear. Take care both ❤.
I cried like a BABY at the Harry Potter special. Every time I watch your vlogs I have this desire to go to Scotland - true wanderlust!! Sending well wishes for a speedy recovery!! ♥️
Everyone here in the states is sick so your not alone. When I had it a couple months ago, I just lost my smell and taste for a couple days. My husband had all the symptoms but a cough. Hope you all get to feeling better soon!
I’m on day 7 of my covid positive isolation:/ just body aches and stuffed runny nose for three days before I could get a test and a very tiny cough every day after that, I have another test in a couple of hours. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Even the thought of Glencoe generally makes me cry its just so beautiful 😭 thanks for sharing they photos and videos on Instagram Jack they are amazing!
Get well soon guys. Like yourselves me and hubby haven't had it so far. We've got my 78 year old dad with us so really really don't want it. But in my work place every one is going down with it just now. Just take it easy. A nurse told me lots of water or clear fluid and plain paracetamol of needed. Lots of love to you all x
I tested positive the day before Christmas, and I still feel kind of blah. I never fully lost my sense of taste and smell, but they were really muted. I could taste vague flavor profiles like, "Oh, this is sweet," but no actual flavor. Bad headache, lots of sniffles, mild coughing, and exhaustion were my main issues. Try to get as much sleep as possible, and drink lots.
I tested positive on boxing day and only started to feel 100% yesterday, I had days where I felt fine for 12 hours and then terrible again. What you describe was how I was, after I few days I had a couple of days where my temperature was really high. Take care both of you xx
You are truly amazing rain ,sleet ,snow and Covid.( “ I’m not well 🤧 “ ) as you always say when you are under the weather… You never seem to disappoint. Always posting videos no matter what happens. Please get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids. You are simply the best at what you do. Only one Jamie, Jack Juno and drogba. I love you guys. ❤️💪🏾
My husband and I have it now. Bad cough, stuffy head, headache off and on. I’m having some problem breathing but use my inhaler. So far our son is ok. Ugh! Loved your road trip and the view from the bridge! 🥰
Ahhh bringing back memories! Me and my family went to Scotland and stayed in fort William for a week, we went to the exact same beach and we went on the train that goes over the viaduct. Little secret we went on the exact steam train they used in the film! Super cool! Hope your feeling better soon we all had it over Christmas 🙄 just sucks! Rest up and stay safe 🥰 xx
Happens to the best of us!! I've got Covid just now and have a blocked nose when I wake up and apart from that no other symptoms!! So weird how it effects everyone differently, rest up and chill💖💖
Jamie&Jack get better soon !!!!!! I did too cry at the Harry potter reunion!!!! When I had covid I honestly thought I was going to die and my bf was living his best life and felt fine with covid 😂 get better soon guys !!!!!! 💗
I was positive on 2nd January and these were my symptoms! It was horrible, I’ve been so achy and lethargic. My skin has been sore but I did develop a cough… take care. Hope you’re both ok!
Hope you’re okay! Rest up and try not to worry 💛 I would seriously love it if you and Jack could create a guide to Scotland, doing little travel vlogs like this! I don’t live in Scotland (seriously thinking about moving) but it’s one of my favourite countries on earth and I dream about going back every day 😭
Loved your mini Highland adventure, my hubby and I go touring up there most years and park right on the loch in Glencoe , ps I blooming love The Green Welly stop , and that little cafe in Ballachulish ( Balla - hoo- lish, we asked a local 😂)
I also managed to avoid it all this time but just got it for my first time after new year’s. I felt fine besides a sore throat and head congestion. Only lasted a few days.
Oh my gaaaad my grandma and grandad lived in Mallaig!! They lived in silver sands cottage! Looked like camusdarach beach you were on. Ahrghh the childhood memories you've stirred up x
Hey guys, hope your both feeling ok. Loved your vlog. Our wee country looks so beautiful in all weather. We went a road trip up to Balquhidder and visited Rob Roy's grave, then Callander and went a walk down to the falls and then drove up to Fortingall to see the ancient yew tree. It was amazing and awe inspiring all at the same time. Can't wait to go see the Harry Potter bridge!! Jack's roll n' links looked so good btw! Take care and get well soon J&J ❤ xx
Fully bawled my eyes out to the Harry Potter reunion ⚡⚡"after all this time?.....always" Aww Jamie 🖤My daughter has had it twice now! We were quarantined all over new years! Bless you hope you all feel better soon xxxx
Hope you both feel better soon. Would love to visit the viaduct that’s on my bucket list. My hubby had the rona was quite unwell end of June and he’s still not over it properly long covid really exists. Plenty of rest xxxxx
Omg the memories from the Green Welly Stop 😭😭 reminds me of sooo many family holidays when I was wee, sending u all the love through pish covid hope ur okay 🖤🖤
Hope your all better soon ❤ my 11 year old has it but hasn't given it to the rest of us in the house which is weird. He's absolutely fine no symptoms whatsoever!
I went to the viaduct in the summer 21. Amazingly turned up 10 mins before the Jacobite train was due to pass through. People were RUNNING with cameras to get the view point and it was rammed. Pure chaos, loved it. Would go back again and again.
I’m day 7, still getting headaches but feeling mostly better! Lots of fluids and baths 😋 The viaduct is beautiful, I hope you went across the road to loch shiel it was the black lake from Harry Potter! Hope you feel better soon xx
Id love to see Scotland in the snow but never been but going to The Orkneys in July and driving from Cheshire so 13 hour drive.. looking forward to it.. I'm sure it will be just as beautiful. Hope you are feeling well quickly. My husband and daughter are just getting over it, both had totally different symptoms. crazy.. it needs sod off now.. take care xxx
Ugh Jamie, my husband and I both have had it since Dec 9th. Been in the hospital 3 different times. I'm finally feeling better but him, not so much. Wishing you a fast painless recovery. It's all so confusing and terrible. No happy holidays in this house this year😩
I caught it NYE, started feeling unwell Sunday & felt like s**t Monday but tested negative both days until Tuesday. So felt dreadful for about 4 days now feels like a cold & a bit breathless but 2 negative lateral flows day 6 & 7 and our Auld Aunty Nikki has ungrounded me 🙌🏻. Hope you’s feel better soon ❤️

Sorry to hear Jamie, hope you and Jack are back fighting fit soon. Loved the vlog as usual, jacks drone footage of our beautiful country is so lovely to watch. 👌🏼❤️
Aw, hope you feel better Jamie. Also, I am in LOVE with Juno! I mean, Drogba is one of the reasons I started watching your channel many moons ago (and you of course, I figure that's obvious cause I'm here leaving a comment in the first place 😉) and I love him dearly too, but Juno reminds me SO MUCH of my dog Bjorn who passed 2.5 years ago. He was part shepard and I can really see that when watching her. The long fluffly ear fur melts my 💖, just thought you should know.
We rode the harry potter train when we traveled to Scotland! So so great! My covid was pretty easy too, and I got it before there were jabs available. Hope you guys continue to fair well!
Hope you guys don’t get too ill! I’m just out from my 2nd time having it🙃. Genuinely wouldn’t have known other than the stuffy/runny nose & a cough for a couple days. Last year I got a positive result Xmas day, no taste, smell, energy & generally just felt horrendous for able 3-4 weeks. This time round nothing like it🙌🏽 get well soon xx
Ahh your wee Scottish adventure looked amazing! I’m glad you and Jack got away! I hope you both are ok even though you have the covid! Rest up and take it easy! My other half had covid and kidney stones at the same time over Christmas! Not a lot of covid symptoms tho! Lots of love xoxox
I had it ....flu symptoms, and I had the bad cough and my husband just had a cold for 3 days and I was sick for two weeks . But I feel better now...I hope you both get better.

Im watching this whilst isolating after testing positive a few days ago, I don't have any symptoms I feel fit and healthy however when I tested positive spring last year I felt very achy!
Aw nooo! I was the same dodged it for two years and got it in November! Was just a bad cold/mild flu for me but I did lose taste and smell for 2 or 3 days then was fine and completely back to normal! I had Covid over Christmas and felt the same as you guys! My body was soooo sore everywhere, had a little bit of a cough and sore head but never lost my taste or smell thank goodness! Hope you both feel better soon💗
Had Covid in May, it was like my yearly sinus sick which seriously sucked with swollen sinuses, sore throat, achy and fatigue; got respiratory fatigue the next week. Now I’ve got some intestinal virus while my family has covid (negative PCR for me!), I’m 10x sicker than they are. I was bedridden and had to get IV fluids due to the dehydration. I’ve never been so sick in my life. We tend to forget there can be worse than covid. So far, 2022 can suck it
As a Harry Potter fan I was squealing when I saw the bridge! Also had covid in 2020 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Felt like a cold mostly, except weirdly day 12 I was soooo tired and lost taste and smell for 2 months! I hope you feel better soon!
Take care and rest, I tested positive on 28th December and then the other 4 family members did the day after was awful. When we were able to go out it was like an awwwwwww moment fresh air, people etc xx

I’ve never been so sick in my life. We tend to forget there can be worse than covid. So far, 2022 can suck it
Go to achmelvich beach! Right up the tippy top highlands!! Its beautiful!
