We add either tamarind or kokum and fry the okra in onion and tomato baghar

Everyone has their style of making goan curry dear, my mom prepares in this manner and I love it.

Nice recipe but cooking prawns for so long will make them rubbery.

My prawns was cooked to the perfection. Some people add prawns along with Okra and some fry. I think frying prawns adds more flavor to the curry.
