Hey, first off thank you for your service! Parrish is a great option. Ft. Mcdill is about an hour from Parrish. In terms of getting the most bang for your buck I would definitely stick to the suburbs of Tampa (Parrish, Brandon and even Wesley Chapel). There is a ton of new construction going up with great incentives on interest rates and/or flex cash!
I don’t know when this was filmed, 83 degrees on Christmas sounds better than the 30 degrees we had last year for our first Florida Christmas down here!

It’s funny when I hear comments about the Florida heat. 🙄 It’s 107 here today. And yesterday. And tomorrow. 🥵
