For people struggling, you need to drive manual, I like to use soft tires but on some turns that recommend to be in 3rd gear helps being in 4th and let off the gas but the rest of the race you have to drive aggressive but maintain your normal gears up and down to avoid going off the track, helped win the first race after two tries.
You don’t necessarily need to drive in manual. I have just completed the last of these races today and I drive automatic. I agree that you have to drive very aggressively!
From the looks of this video its impossible to win without manual transmission i dont see this guy brake just downshift to get fast around corners. Just slightly brakes on curves. Is there any secrets you can share besides practicing?
yeah Super formula handling is easy. i did get practice much since came on Update March 2019. that time first use bit harder at round corner, i don't have any secret beside playing with Without Tcs Abs set to weak also tunig is stock btw lol

How to activate DRS
In the game's controller options, you have to manually assign the 'Overtake' function to a control.

This event force you to use Super Formula or better wait Daily Workout reward drop either Honda or Toyota Super formula
