Oh my gosh I am so amazed! This is the first time I have watched an album tutorial, well not really, Michael with Brutus Monroe has gotten me so intrigued with albums and I so want to try. Michael recommended your channel and said he learned some great things from you. I have purchased a couple "folios" that I thought I would start with to see if I can do it. The papers are already cut and instructions for the assembly included. So, the chipboard used, where and how do you know the size(?) to ourchase? Do you need a heavy duty cutter to cut the chip board? I have always struggled with pattern paper, how to choose which ones! So many different beautiful papers, terrible time making decisions. Can't wait until the 19th to watch you make and assemble the flips, flaps, and pockets! Thank you for all the time you have put into these videos...greatly appreciated!
Hi Pam, that is so sweet of them to recommend me. I have a Facebook group, Scrapbookers of Country Craft Creations and there I can answer all you l your questions. I will answer them here also.
@@countrycraftcreations thank you, I don't use facebook...yeah I know I am weird. Maybe some of your other videos will mention and talk about my questions, I am looking forward as a new subscriber to "catch up"" I enjoy your videos as you explain the steps very well. I need to rewatch making the page holder. Gosh I can't. Remember the name of it but I will learn!!🙄
Sorry about that, was finishing up dinner, now I can answer all those questions :) I sell the chipboard in my store Countrycraftcreations.com. I use the 12x12 heavy weigh and I do use a Dahle550 cutter. It is bigger than a regular paper cutter. You can cut your chipboard with a straight edge. I also have a beginners tutorial I will link here for you. I show in the beginners tutorial how I choose the pattern papers. When choosing papers, I move the cut aparts and the main sheet to the back of the pile and start in order of my stack. This helps cut down my indecisions on choosing the papers. I am so happy to have you as a new follower and will also post the links to my design team. Welcome aboard.
@@countrycraftcreations oh my no apologies! I am so happy you acknowledged my first comment!! I do have a the large tonic guillotine cutter. Thank you so much for the videos to watch. I am sure it will help alot! Hope your dinner was wonderful and you enjoyed the rest of your evening!! Thank you so very much!!
