As a painter i would point this is a very clean artist, because no paint stains in the ground (usually some drops but sometimes a full glass of diluted paint may fall and imprint some spot on the woodflooring) and the lack of cleaning cloth.. i usually remove paint using cloth and a litter full of paper rough and rejected sketches would add that savory uncleaness of the creative process...

Thank you very much 😊 I looked at many photos of atriums to create this piece. Indeed, all the atriums had artistically painted floors and easels. In that sense, my work is not very realistic.

As always your miniatures are wonderful and full of so much detail. I love the easel and all the brushes, tubes of paint and all the canvases. I think maybe it needs a painting on the easel that is in progress of being painted.

So what I wonder is what do you think about while you make these? Is it random? Do you “zen” and think of anything, or is it a combination of both? I, personally, think about how fulfilling it is to make these things and enjoy the relaxing soundtrack as I “zen”.

久しぶりに拝見し、今どきのリューターとか電動工具やノコギリさえ使わない手仕事でこんな素敵なミニチュアを造られるのに驚きです！ 拝見している方々にも手の届く工作なんだと優しい手ほどきの意味合いも感じます。
工作台の使い込んだ状態を拝見すると、ＵＰされてる数の数倍、たくさん造られて試行錯誤もしてきているんだなぁと・・・反比例でキレイな手指にギャップも感じたり('Д')
また同じサイズの材を並べていっぺんに切り出すのでなく仕上げられるのは”造る”を楽しまれているんでしょうね♪
道具についてのご提案なのですが、
接着や塗装の際、クリアファイルを開いたものを敷くと、接着せず、汚れも落としやすいです。
Ｃマットの代わりに百均工作用紙を敷くというのもお手軽だし撮影のＷバランスも取りやすいかと。
カッター、黒刃というモノのほうが切れ味が凄く良く、その分なぞる回数も減るため切断面がきれいになるのと省力化出来ますよ(^^)/（製品名をAmazonで検索されると出ます）
・NTカッター 小型A型用 超鋭角黒替刃 10枚入
・NTカッター 小型A型用 30度黒替刃 10枚入 BA15P （折ってデザインナイフにも使用）
また建築系アングル材を使いやすいサイズに切って使うと正確な直角出し、背面を揃えての接着などに便利です。
・武林興業 アルミアングル L字型 不等辺 シルバー 厚み2MM 幅50MM 縦20MM 長さ300MM 2本セット

仰って頂いた通り、私はゆっくりと製作を楽しむのが好きなので、道具選びや作り方もそのようになっているのかなと思います。またミニチュア作りに興味を持って頂いた方に、もしかしたら作れるかも？と工作をはじめるきっかけに、少しでもなったらいいなと思う気持ちで、動画を作っています。
そのような中、なかなか自分の活動の範囲だけではいい道具や材料に出会うのは大変で、使ったことのないものをご提案いただけることは、本当にありがたい事です。
早速、カッターの替え刃を購入しました！届いて使ってみるのがとても楽しみです♪アングルもホームセンターで見てみようと思います。
今度100円ショップに行ったら、工作用紙も購入してみます。
技術もセンスもまだまだですが、ハンドクリームを指にたっぷり塗り込みつつ、なるべく多くの作品をみなさまにお届けできるように製作に励みたいと思います💖

What kind of wood did you use for the walls?
It all appears to be Japanese cypress in various forms. Americans will have to make do with popicle sticks. :/

As pretty as this is, what do you do with it? I detest things that just sit around collecting dust and taking up space. Though I don't have the patience needed to make such things to begin with.
Glass cases help with that sort of thing but this ain't the hobby for a minimalist.
