Ordered the instrument set the other day. I did a lot of internal debate and research (watching UA-cam vids) and Fluff sold me. I chose the small instrument set so I can still use a cable easily if I choose to.
I also like that the guitar ones fold 90 degrees at the connector, my first thought was the transmitter sticking out from an amp and being a target to getting bumped into, but seeing that it folds, I think it would lay a up against it better!
How does it work with active pickups? I bought small wireless ones, the name eludes me right now, and they apparently don't like active pickups and even Boss with their new ones list on the website that may not work with some active pickups. I have EMG and Seymour Duncan active and neither worked on them but the passive worked fine. I ended up returning them and been searching ever since. At least Boss makes you aware of this potential issue, however I ended up educating the store staff on it which I find wrong, the company reps. Should have told them. It would be nice if when guy's do reviews on these items they try active and the passive pickups to showcase this. Grest videos, cheers!
I checked with Sennheiser and if you pick the other unit, the one with headphone jacks, get a USB chargeable headphone amp and use that as in ear unit.
@@kernelxsanders basically the unit with headphone Jack and the headphone amp would be the pack we would use. Probably good to put them both in a small pouch out something to make them one single unit
What i was wondering is how this works if you have like three people each having a base system. Imagine two guitar players and two bass players. Do they get interferences or mess ups with the pairing?
The receiver & transmitter only has one charging lead. So u have to charge one for 3 hours then charge the other one for 3 houra .so if u have a pair its double of that. Why on eath would they not make them witha y cable like all the others

They only come with one lead .so u need to charge each one individually why wouldn't they use a y cable. Absolutely pathetic
Actually they just changed the usb standards again and it's like a child made the decisions, but for all intents and purposes usb c is cool, :)
