I have had the pixel 6a for more than 6 months. Issues I have had: 1) Very weak signal 2) Overheating 3) Fingerprint works 70% of the time, add a screen protector and re-register your fingerprint and it will work 25% of the time. I had a Pixel 4a before with zero issues. Now I have a OnePlus 11 and it is perfect.
I sincerely hope somebody sees this comment and knows what to do :((
I was so excited for my Pixel 6A, and everything was awesome! Well... until I started playing games. With Mobile Legends specifically, the game is almost unplayable because of the terrible lag. I've been desperately searching for a solution and trying everything I can to find a fix. None so far. I hate to think that I might end up hating this phone despite having it for less than a week :((
The heating is the worst part across Google phones. At this point, I wouldnt mind some bloatware if Google keeps cooling chamber in these phones
I have to say that is BS but UA-cam gets stuck in the left hand corner of my screen which pisses me off

My data transfer was not corrected. Google thinks my 6a is my old phone.
Enjoyed the video, well done!... I just bought my 6a on a cyber Monday deal for $99. It immediately updated from Android 13 to Android 14 and I'm not seeing any of the issues that people have mentioned seeing when the phone first launched so I'm guessing a lot of those issues were software related maybe, or individual device specific issues. After my first week with the phone, I'm impressed with it for sure.
You can play any game no problem, the visibility in sunlight is horrible other than that great phone,, oh one more thing the battery should last longer.
I have the pixel 6 pro. Got it on release and has steadily gotten worse. Will not be buying another Google phone

The Fullscreen gaming issue does not happen to mine. I play Diablo Immortal always in Fullscreen.
It happens to me everytime I play BBS and Sometimes Angry Birds and I have a Galaxy A53 5G.
My 6a is heating up just watching this video..oh, and the battery is draining as I type this, and the NFC decides to turn off all on its own and can't be turned back on.
Mines overheats and I don't play video games. I don't do social media, I coupon so I use couponing apps and it overheats. It doesn't hold on my apps and I only have about six. I have tons of space but the phone won't hold the apps. Make it make sense ! And my UA-cam gets stuck up in the left hand corner of the damn screen when I'm in picture and picture and have to go to another fucking app

For me my connectivity problem was only when I was using my Wi-Fi so I reset my Wi-Fi and that was fine
I'm really unhappy with the format issue. UA-cam app has black bars on the side, dropout tv the screen is crazy off. What photo format is this..square?..wtf. Not cool really, never had that issue with Sony device.
Try pinching to zoom to fill the black bars on each side. This will crop out some of the top and bottom of the video, but will fill the entire screen.
My pixel 6a freeze and turned off some time
Curently I am facing Full screan issue problem in gaming and software update is not is not happening its failed multiple time.
Try changing system navigation to buttons. Just a workaround.
