Clam Chowder Soup, Lobster Tortelloni and Scallops! | Dish for Winter!

Today, I made clam chowder soup that has a special place in my heart since it is one of the first dishes I learned to make in a professional kitchen!
Although I made many changes from techniques I learned over the years, tasting it reminded me of many years ago when I first made & tasted clam chowder soup.
This clam chowder is perfect for cold winter times as now (at least where I live anyways haha), I hope you guys give it a try!
