How often do you click on a hashtag? I never do that. Usually people use the search bar if they’re looking for something specific and your post doesn’t need a hashtag to show up in search.

You can get paid. However, if you are stealing other people’s memes you can get demonetized.
So if you want to post memes, create your own.
