Great Video. Thanks ever so much. Just an FYI for you DIYers. The template you screw on the side of your sled to drill your pilot holes?? Once pilot holes are drilled. You then have to break off the template portion LEAVING the screw and slide portion of that template for the bottom of the light to slide into to secure the bottom of the light in place. I original removed the complete template and replaced the OEM screws and the light was wiggly as jello lol. I then knew something was wrong. Another tip before mounting light. Plug wiring harness into lights so the don't fall on the ground while adding the inner mounting plates and screws. The mounting plates are a pain in the ass to hold i such a compact place. I used mechanical wire and put through one of the holes just so I don't drop it into the engine compartment. Loosely add one screw then pull out mechanical wire from second screw hole.
Thanks rob. The instructions do not mention taking the existing screw out to mount the clip. Was driving me crazy to understand the instructions lol. Thanks!
Why on the box the lights came in it looks like one light is larger than the other? I purchased 860201651 for 2020 900t enduro gen-4 wide body an the lights are the same size. Is this correct or did I receive the wrong ones?
Rob Koenig - Ski-Doo Trail Ambassador Ok thanks a lot Rob,and thanks for video,I’m gonna need it lol! Doesn’t look real hard to do ill just take my time.
Rob Koenig - Ski-Doo Trail Ambassador They are on the sled I bought but they seem to aim down a little low. Just thought there might be someway to adjust them up a little. Thanks. Great video
ahill7866 I initially thought the same thing but the holes are in flat black plastic. Black push plugs are available that when inserted would be virtually indistinguishable.
thank you, your video is much better than the BRP instructions
Good to hear that my video helped you. Thanks.

Hi Kevin. The lights are both the same size. They are a matched pair.

Kevin Markey You are right. Not difficult but just take your time. Use good sharp bits when drilling the three holes with the template. Have fun!
Rob Koenig - Ski-Doo Trail Ambassador Ok thanks again!
Rob Koenig - Ski-Doo Trail Ambassador Rob do you know of any videos of installing snow trackers on ski Doo adjustable ts skis? Thanks
Is the beam adjustable?
Not really. Has a pretty good coverage. I’ve installed a few sets and nobody has asked to re-aim them.

Brian Severt I’m wondering if they were installed correctly? Have you rode with them? Send me a pic if you can from the side.
Rob Koenig - Ski-Doo Trail Ambassador I wasn’t able to send a pic here. I sent one to you through messenger.
As soon as I see the drill come out, that makes this accessory permanent. Lost me with the drill
