Redline areas are correct, but south of the 10 freeway is south Los Angeles, and south of downtown is original south central Los Angeles. These projects are right across the street from each other. Redline areas are correct, but south of the 10 freeway is south Los Angeles, and south of downtown is original south central Los Angeles. These projects are right across the street from each other.
